“Chateau de Servigny during Christmas 2014” The chateau is a great place to gather family or friends for holidays or events. Our Norwegian-French family of three generations, stayed for 7 nights in Chateau de Servigny, during Christmas, from 21. – 28. dec. 2014. Fifteen persons, eight adults and seven children (from 3-17), had a «once-of-a-life-time»-experience here, and we will remember this forever. The 8 bedrooms - each different from the other – all included toilet and bath, and apart from some of the beds being a bit too short for long Norwegians, they were all very nicely furnished and convenient. The castle offered multiple opportunities for all ages; piano, chess, TV, DVD’s, ping-pong, baby-foot, biking (for both children and adults) and tennis - or just a run or walk in the surrounding park. The small castle/play house in the park amazed the smaller kids. We would love to come back during summer time to try the swimming pool too! The family de Pontac has created a fantastic place to gather people for the extraordinary happenings, and with good taste in all details (colors, tapestry, furniture, curtains) and knowledge they have managed to create an authentic and yet practical place to stay. The kitchen was quite well equipped, but as we wanted to prepare all the meal ourselves (having a Chef in the family), extra casseroles etc. were needed. In the fantastic dining room beside the kitchen, we enjoyed our meals all gathered around the table. On Christmas Eve, we even used the small chapel in the park behind the chateau. This was a magical moment with candles, singing and some of the children playing the flute. The only thing we really missed, especially during this cold season, was the ability to use the fireplaces around in the house. We believe it would be a good idea to make this possible, especially in the dining room. Thank you for a memorable and magic Christmas holiday for our family!

“great memories of Longsard” If you wish to go off the beaten track in the French countryside, Longsard in the Beaujolais is a great choice. Perfect in many ways, this property and its hospitable owners - Olivier and Alexandra - will offer you so much more than just a place to stay. You can choose between rooms in the Chateau or suites in the coach-house - either choice will bring a well balanced mix of history and modern comfort. The magnificent Lebanese cedars and the linden tree alleys will most likely take your breath away and, who knows, might make you want to come back. It made us, and we will surely return to Longsard!

“Perfect palazzio to spent a dream holiday in Italy” We had an oppartunity to spent an unforgettable holiday in this place. The place is very peaceful. You can do a lot of hiking while enjoying breathtaking landscapes. We went some days at the beach so the sea is not too far away. We also visited cinque terre wich was an amazing place. The owner couple is extremely nice. They are very helpful and friendly and they made us feel really welcome. The wife is an outstanding cook! The food was truly delicious!! The husband gave us a winetasting, which was very interesting and professional without being too formal. I can highly recommend the place to anyone!!
