“Perfection - beyond our expectations” A beautiful, immaculate, well equipped house with everything you could possibly need. Lovely comfy beds, and modern shower and bathroom. Lots of space downstairs. With a baby in our party the washer and tumble drier was a big advantage. The village of Snowhill is picture perfect with Snowhill Manor National Trust Property just a walk away. Lovely walks from the front door ideal for our dog and lots of places to visit close by
We arrived to a delicious welcome pack of goodies. Tracy the owner emailed to check everything was okay and gave helpful recommendations of places to eat.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this property

“Beautiful home with great facilities, close to beach.” We visited this property a group of 5 couples and it was pretty much perfect.
The location was brilliant, at the end of a small private road of a few houses and 10 minutes walk to the beach past field with sheep in! Tranquil yet convenient with local shops a short walk the other way, including a pub, pasties, ice cream and pizza place. What more do you need.
The property itself was great. More than enough room for the 10 of us with lovely rooms. The two upstairs were incredible and the master with the velux windows and velux balcony bit overlooking the westerly facing garden was awesome.
The kitchen was large with all the amenities you could need and a great electric range oven and multi ringed gas hob was adequate for a roast for 10! The bifold doors from the kitchen diner lounge area to the decking was so great we had little reason to use the separate large relaxing main lounge
We watched the sunset from the deck every night!
Lynn and Phil were both easily contacted leading up to and during the booking. Even had a bottle in the fridge for us when we arrived.
Had a great week and I’ll deifnitely book again when we need a group holiday away.
Fully deserved 5 stars!
“Excellent location for a holiday in Portsmouth and Southsea” This house is perfectly placed to visit Portsmouth being so close to Gunwharf Quays and is easy walking distance to Clarence Pier and the funfair at Southsea. The hovertravel port at Clarence Pier gives easy access, by foot, to Ryde on the Isle of Wight too. There is also a ferry port to Fishbourne right around the corner from the house if you want to take the car onto the island too.
The walk into the city centre isn't too bad either for the more energetic, and same can be said of the further seafront at Southsea to South Pier. We were able to leave the car completely for the week, which is a nice change from many holiday rentals, which can often be too far away from the seafront or attractions. It also saves paying parking fees, which can quickly mount up.
The house itself is comfortable with a nice private garden. The owner gave us a warm welcome and was kind enough to show us the short cuts through the estate. The estate is very quiet despite the proximity of the Gunwarf and the Ferry port.
The owner is currently making a few improvements to furniture and decor which will really help the house as in a couple of places it looks a little tired and in need if the upcoming improvements. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, but we managed OK, just don't attempt to cook a 3 course meal.
We really appreciated the extra touches of a bottle of milk, bottled water, fruit, and tea and coffee.
Overall this is nice holiday let and is recommended.

“Great base from which to explore Liverpool” The property itself had two large lounges all furnished to a high standard and more than enough space for our group of 13 in total. The bedrooms were made up as requested prior to arrival and the owner always at hand to answer any questions. I would recommend this property to anybody looking to spend a weekend break in Liverpool as the city centre and docks are only 10 mins away by car and the two football stadiums within walking distance. All in all, a really good experience and we will definately be happy to return again......
“Superb accommodation, second to none.” Marvellous location. Putsborough Sands and Woolacombe Beach within easy walking distance. The Cottage is furnished and decorated to exceptional standards. “Surperb caravan and location” A great caravan fitted out to a high spec. Close to the entertainment complex with lovely view over Tor Bay. The park itself was spotless and had super indoor/outdoor pool too. It had everything we needed and more. Close to Brixham for lots to do around the Harbour. Top marks all round!
“Brilliant start to our UK holiday.” Archer on Thames was the first holiday rental on our first UK holiday. Soon after booking Annabel had contacted us to provide all the information we nervous newbies would need to comfortably travel from the airport to the appartment and to access all the local faclities such as shops, pubs and public transport.
The appartment itself was more than we could have hoped for with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large comfortable bedroom, lounge room with large TV, wi fi, books and games and a very efficient, if somewhat quaint, shower and bathroom. It was clear that every effort had been made to ensure that guests would feel they were in a home away from home.
The location was also excellent with the number 170 bus stop adjacent to the front gate and Clapham Junction train station a 15 minute walk or a few stops on the 170. Local supermarkets, pubs and restaurants were only a short walk away and the walk along the Thames south embankment was across the road.
Considering the great location and facilities we considered Archer on Thames to be excellent value for money and have had no hesitation in recommending this rental to our friends.

“Fantastic” We stayed only two days at this place so wish we could have stayed longer. We booked for my mums 85th birthday. On arriving before even putting the key in the lock we just knew that the place would be lovely and it didn't let us down. Its perfect the location is marvelous couldn't ask for better. The chalet itself is so clean and fresh. it has everything you could possibly want. The beds so very very comfortable such a good nights sleep. The largest bedroom is wonderful mum loved it. I stayed in the bunk room but these are full size bunks and very comfortable too. There are books and games. We was lucky with the weather as the sun shone all day but I'm sure if it was raining it would still be a lovely place to be in. We didn't want to leave. This place gets 5 stars from us. The owner is a very caring person she made sure our stay was perfect. If you want somewhere to stay in Cleethorpes I recommend you book. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Pauline. Brilliant xx

“A perfect retreat” The Cider House is an absolutely perfect retreat, in an idyllic village. The house is spotless, with all the amenities and more, to provide a relaxing break. We loved everything about it from the clean smell as you open the door, the ‘welcome’ basket of goodies and milk in the fridge to the tranquil, coordinated décor and amazingly comfortable bed. The heating throughout is just right, no need to bring thermals. In fact, no need to bring much as everything is provided; hangers, hairdryer, umbrella, iron, bottle opener, illuminated make-up mirror, jewellery stand, fluffy towels…everything! Stratford is only eight minutes’ drive away or an hour’s stroll along the canal. The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust houses are well worth a visit, especially as Mary Arden’s Farm is just two minutes’ walk from The Cider House. There is a pub nearby but we found nothing could beat curling up in the evening on the lovely sofa with a glass of cider to watch a film from the vast library provided. Of course, a visit to the fantastic RSC is also essential, whether you are a lover of Shakespeare or not, it is an experience not to be missed. A huge Thank You to Craig and Lee for making our holiday truly amazing.

“A great base in this traditional Norfolk Cottage” Located in a tranquil area - as soon as we arrived we relaxed in the well equipped cottage. Having the beds made up, towels provided and bread, milk, tea and coffee was a nice touch. During our stay we visited:
Sherringham - went crabbing off the rocks and had fish and chips on the beach, we even went in the sea.
Mundesley - had a beer in the pub and walked along the beach.
Wroxham - watched the boats and more fish and chips.
During our stay we also visited the local pubs - very nice and had a bbq in the beautiful cottage garden. We would definitely stay here again.
“Fun for all the family” Our family stayed here in April and had a great time, we enjoyed everything about thIs holiday, the cabin was kitted out to a very high standard, there was everything we needed and the excellent hot tub. The site has lots to do from cycling to jet skiing and the clubhouse has entertainment on each day and night. We enjoyed site seeing the areas close by Tattershall Castle, Woodhall Spa and Skegness. Fun for all the family old and young, we would definately recommend to all. Hope to return later in the year!

“Great Apartment in Perfect Location” We stayed in Apartment 105 for a family weekend with our two daughters (19 & 22). The accommodation is clean and spacious and has everything you need - plus a few extras like books, dvds, puzzles etc. The view is fantastic and the location is great. The beach is opposite and it's only a few minutes walk into town. There is plenty to do in Weymouth. We fitted in meals out, cinema, beach, walks, Escape Room (just a two minute walk away), plus visits to nearby areas such as Portland and Lulworth. There isn't any nearby parking but we parked about 10min walk away. If you needed to park nearer then you may want to factor that cost into your holiday.
