“Just as advertised!” I stayed at this apartment for 6 nights with a total group of seven people during the peak season of Christmas and new years. We booked it way back in September after a month of research and debate and came to the conclusion that comfort trumps location. We were people in our 20's who wanted to party but we knew that the whole party scene is in north Goa, about 45 minutes away from this apartment but we also wanted comfort of having a living room to chill together with everyone's own bedroom and bathroom and most importantly something that is relatively affordable during peak season without compromising on quality. This apartment met all our needs. it is huge, luxurious and very comfortable. It comes with a caretaker who washes all the dishes and cleans the rooms. Dona Paula is an upscale neighborhood with stunning views of the ocean. The best part was Cidade de goa, its a 5 star resort about 1KM away from this apartment and its located right on the beach. We spent most of our time lazing around and drinking at the poolside and we got a 20 percent discount thanks to the owner of this apartment and his tie up with the hotel. Everything is far off so personal transportation is a must. Its suitable for large groups who want to cook while they r on vacation or don't mind a dominoes home delivery every other day ;) This property is highly recommended. Book it and you will not be disappointed.
