Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Picturesque Lehon” Lehon is lovely with a fantastic restaurant (Le Marmite). Le Pintadeau is comfortable and spacious with everything you need, the private garden was a delight, we had lunch and breakfast outside and dinner at Le Marmite. The walk along the river to Dinan is a must where there a shops and restaurants.
Although there is WiFi at the main house it would be good to have it in the Gite also. We were surprised that there wasn't a welcome pack (a couple of teabags, coffee sachets, milk, etc), in many years of travelling around France we have always had something to make a drink with on arrival - quite often even a bottle of wine.
We had a great holiday and would recommend Lehon and Val Rive
“Relaxing french rural retreat great base to explore region” We had a lovely summr holiday here, great for our five year old daughter , who loved meeting the resident goats .The garden and gite were spacious and real feel of the french countryside, with the benefit of easy access to the pretty coast resorts, the local ports along the river Rance, as well as all thebeautiful historic towns close by. Kate and Marc were very friendly and helpful and their relaxed approach made us feel very welcome.
