“very comfortable and stylish accommodation, set within a beautiful and well-cared for complex.” This accommodation at Polis Gardens was so comfortable and spacious for our family. The townhouse, the outdoor eating area and the pool area allowed us, as parents, to relax, knowing that our 3yr old and 6yr old were safe regardless of where they were. We had the amazing pool pretty much to ourselves for 10 days and our neighbours in the complex were very kind in offering pool toys to us and tips of where to go in the area. We hired a car for a few days which allowed us to see Coral Bay and Pathos and to see some of the lovely green countryside at this time of year. The weather was lovely at this time of year, allowing us to feel the heat but also be able to explore and do things without feeling uncomfortable. At the complex, it was very peaceful and relaxing but we made good use of the gym and the book swap regularly as well! Thanks Helen for a lovely break.

“Had a wonderful stay” We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Elektra. I stayed there with my fiance for a weekend and really had a great time. We enjoyed the fact that Villa Elektra is located very close to the sea and the shops/restaurants/kiosks, yet it is built in a quiet road, away from the noisy hotspots of Protaras. The Villa was clean, and had all necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and the large yard with grass. Most importantly, we appreciated the personal interest Terry and Connie showed to our needs, and the fact that they made every efoort for our stay to be memorable. We will definitely visit again.

“Fantastic location.” Bus stop right outside only a euro to go any where. And 2.50 euro for all day pass right uptill last bus in morning from Ayia napa at 4.30 am. Beach close and water sports especially scuba diving great. Lovely restaurants in perena. Would highly recommend the villa.

“awesome views” This is a nice apartment, pretty well equipped although only 3 towels for 3 adults for a week isn't great, but no issue washing them, also no tea towels, but again not a big issue as bought a couple, I also bought some place mats for the table as putting crockery on glass made me nervous, but that's just personal choice. Now the very positives, the view from the lovely balcony is amazing, watching the sunset sitting out there is just so calming. also got a pool view, so can imagine in the summer this will be absolutely beautiful. We were there when it was really cold outside but the apartment was warm and cosy Great location, supermarket steps away and some good restaurants around. DT'S serves great food at reasonable cost, nice atmosphere.

“Beautiful immaculate villa lovely gardens & great pool with stunning views” The villa is really clean and very nicely furnished. The garden is very attractive and the pool really inviting. The views from the villa and the pool are stunning in the daytime seeing the surrounding valley and fields and trees and it was lovely to see the lights of Peyia during the dark. Unfortunately we had cool weather for a few days and this meant the pool was a bit chilly to use but as the weather warmed up it soon became a lovely pool to swim in. A car is really advisable but we didnt want to drive on this visit to cyprus so we used the recommended taxi firm and they were great. We had to call the maintenance company a couple of times and they were very pleasant and attentive to our queries. There are some good supermarkets and bakeries within about 10 mins drive but nothing in walking distance. Coral bay has had some improvements made and was much more pleasant than last year.

“Totally relaxing holiday accomodation” We have been staying in Pissouri Bay now for the last 12 years, in various villas and apartments. Katikies 20, had every thing we wanted to cater for two parents and their children in their teens and twenties. Excellent double bedrooms, very modern open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, with all mod cons and the all important Wi-Fi for today's travellers. Fabulous pool and sun area, with seating and sun loungers. We can't thank Julie enough, who made us feel extremely welcome, with a starter pack, which we were so grateful for, also providing us with an additional sun bed, when requested and keeping an eye on the small details, which really mattered. We would definitely recommend this Villa, for families, small groups of friends as it is also ideally placed within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Pissouri Bay.

“Superb villa, great pool, good location and fantastic value” Villa Mille is absolutely superb. Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and mother in law and we couldn't have been happier. Its really clean and tidy with good condition furnishings and fittings. The pool is faultless, cleaned 3 times a week and reasonably private even though there are other houses around. It has a private gated parking space which you access from the rear garden. The beds were very comfortable and the AC which was a godsend at night due to the 40 degree plus weather we had was great. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 mins and there are a number of small supermarkets even closer than that. You don't NEED a car but I would always recommend having one, the Metro supermarket in Paralimni is a must for value and the variety of stuff you can get and is about 5 mins drive away. Plus if you wanted to venture into Protaras or further afield then a car would be essential. Andrew (the owner) couldn't have been better, we had to change our dates at the last minute due to a bereavement and he did this without fuss and at no cost to us, we were even able to stay in the villa until late on our day of departure (gave us an extra days holiday in reality.) This place has everything you need for a great stay in Cyprus, We were just very disappointed that he was booked up in September as we were going to book a further week immediately. I would not hesitate to stay here over and over again.

“Fantastic apartment!” This apartment is furnished to an incredibly high standard and has everything you could possibly need on your holiday! The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into the whole holiday experience, providing so many "extras" free of charge, such as high quality beach towels, 4 sun loungers which belong specifically to the apartment so there is no need to rush down to reserve them (not that we had to as we had the pool to ourselves for the whole 10 days!), excellent washing machine which has a 30 minute cycle (did all our washing before we came home and dried it on the 2 retractable washing lines - could've ironed it too as there is an iron and ironing board), extra parasols, hair dryer and hair straighteners in both bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, every bit of kitchen equipment imaginable - even a coolbag and ice blocks for guest use. The area is very peaceful and only a short walk to a very good selection of bars and restaurants - would recommend The Lounge for drinks and Sky Sports and Zuchinni's, Pinia and Gusto's for great food at very reasonable prices. Mojito's was also excellent (a little further away) and if you feel like treating yourselves to a special night, Sage in Ayia Napa has fantastic food and service (away from the busier end of Ayia Napa!) easy to get to by bus for €1.50 each way. If you would like a quiet night in, there is a TV, DVD player with a good all round selection of DVDs, books and speakers inside and also on the balcony for ipods etc. Wifi is available in the apartment for a small charge - but is also offered in most bars/restaurants. I can honestly say that this is without a doubt the most well presented and well kept (thanks Maggie and Steve for the excellent cleaning service and local advice) apartment we have ever stayed in and already I am looking at flights for next year!

“Best yet.” Have visited Cyprus 5 times. This is one of the best villas we've rented. Close to bars restaraunts and sea, yet secluded in a small complex. Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms with good aircon and comfy beds. The best pool!!!! Well maintained tiled pool, great BBQ. Jo and Chaz are really helpful and have a great knowledge of the area.

“Fabulous” We've just spent a wonderful week in a 2 bed villa. The villa is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need like home from home. The views amazing and the pool heavenly when it's so hot. Simos was very helpful and a lovely man who went out of his way to make us feel welcome, Thank you. Bars and restaurants were only a 10/15 min walk, the walk there very nice but if you plan on walking back in the dark take a torch (we used our phone one) as once off the road it's dark it's safe but dark. It's uphill so you'll get fit and strong legs :) The local supermarket again only 10/15 min walk where you can buy everything you need and cheap prices and when you spend €20 they will drive you and your shopping back for free, excellent service. Your supplied with towels within the villa but take your own beach towels for around the pool. The villa has English plug sockets so no need for travel ones. The local bus 615 runs frequently from Coral bay to Paphos harbour costing. €1.50 one way each. Or €5 for all day which was good for visiting different places. Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday. And would certainly return. And recommend to anyone.

“A Perfect location for privacy and luxury for all the family” A spectacular Villa, very well presented with luxurious terraces and a pool large enough to actually swim in. There are apple, pear pomegranate, orange and grapefruit trees together with tomatoes and pepper plants to pick. The grounds are huge so these are far enough away not to block the 360 degree view of mountains and countryside that took our breath away every time we looked out. The children loved the play ground, with rich green grass maintained through an underground watering system. The BBQ is fabulous. The Villa is fully fenced and gated, stunning inside with four large double bedrooms, three shower rooms and a bathroom to choose from, very well equipped kitchen and two very comfy open plan lounges and dining area, its truly stunning. The owner met us upon arrival with a small hamper and was so helpful throughout. Please, do yourself a favour, just book it.
