“very comfortable and stylish accommodation, set within a beautiful and well-cared for complex.” This accommodation at Polis Gardens was so comfortable and spacious for our family. The townhouse, the outdoor eating area and the pool area allowed us, as parents, to relax, knowing that our 3yr old and 6yr old were safe regardless of where they were. We had the amazing pool pretty much to ourselves for 10 days and our neighbours in the complex were very kind in offering pool toys to us and tips of where to go in the area. We hired a car for a few days which allowed us to see Coral Bay and Pathos and to see some of the lovely green countryside at this time of year. The weather was lovely at this time of year, allowing us to feel the heat but also be able to explore and do things without feeling uncomfortable. At the complex, it was very peaceful and relaxing but we made good use of the gym and the book swap regularly as well! Thanks Helen for a lovely break.

“Had a wonderful stay” We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Elektra. I stayed there with my fiance for a weekend and really had a great time. We enjoyed the fact that Villa Elektra is located very close to the sea and the shops/restaurants/kiosks, yet it is built in a quiet road, away from the noisy hotspots of Protaras. The Villa was clean, and had all necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and the large yard with grass. Most importantly, we appreciated the personal interest Terry and Connie showed to our needs, and the fact that they made every efoort for our stay to be memorable. We will definitely visit again.

“Superb villa, great pool, good location and fantastic value” Villa Mille is absolutely superb. Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and mother in law and we couldn't have been happier. Its really clean and tidy with good condition furnishings and fittings. The pool is faultless, cleaned 3 times a week and reasonably private even though there are other houses around. It has a private gated parking space which you access from the rear garden. The beds were very comfortable and the AC which was a godsend at night due to the 40 degree plus weather we had was great. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 mins and there are a number of small supermarkets even closer than that. You don't NEED a car but I would always recommend having one, the Metro supermarket in Paralimni is a must for value and the variety of stuff you can get and is about 5 mins drive away. Plus if you wanted to venture into Protaras or further afield then a car would be essential. Andrew (the owner) couldn't have been better, we had to change our dates at the last minute due to a bereavement and he did this without fuss and at no cost to us, we were even able to stay in the villa until late on our day of departure (gave us an extra days holiday in reality.) This place has everything you need for a great stay in Cyprus, We were just very disappointed that he was booked up in September as we were going to book a further week immediately. I would not hesitate to stay here over and over again.

“awesome views” This is a nice apartment, pretty well equipped although only 3 towels for 3 adults for a week isn't great, but no issue washing them, also no tea towels, but again not a big issue as bought a couple, I also bought some place mats for the table as putting crockery on glass made me nervous, but that's just personal choice. Now the very positives, the view from the lovely balcony is amazing, watching the sunset sitting out there is just so calming. also got a pool view, so can imagine in the summer this will be absolutely beautiful. We were there when it was really cold outside but the apartment was warm and cosy Great location, supermarket steps away and some good restaurants around. DT'S serves great food at reasonable cost, nice atmosphere.

“Quiet location with a beautiful small beach on your doorstep” Beautiful villa in a peaceful location, a lovely small beach just down the road with Fireman's beach located just 5 mins further up the coast. Villa has everything you need if you are planning to self cater, nicely furnished and comfortable, was perfect size and spacious for our family of four. Also equipped with board games/ books/ playstation 2. The pool is a good size and you often have it to yourself, there's an array of inflatable toys/woggles/snorkels in the cupboard under the stairs. We've added an inflatable shark to the collection who we named Graham! Supermarkets are within a 10 - 15 minute walking distance along the main road with some nice restaurants and bars - our favourite was Faliros which has entertainment on Thurs/Fri evenings. Location caters to a more relaxing holiday - we ventured into Protaras and Ayia Napa using the local taxi company or the bus - it's bit of a walk to the main bus route. If you want to rent a car there are a few car rental companies located along the main road, bike hire also available. Pete was really helpful answering any queries I had and also helped arrange our taxi transfer which was great.

“Fantastic location.” Bus stop right outside only a euro to go any where. And 2.50 euro for all day pass right uptill last bus in morning from Ayia napa at 4.30 am. Beach close and water sports especially scuba diving great. Lovely restaurants in perena. Would highly recommend the villa.

“Totally relaxing holiday accomodation” We have been staying in Pissouri Bay now for the last 12 years, in various villas and apartments. Katikies 20, had every thing we wanted to cater for two parents and their children in their teens and twenties. Excellent double bedrooms, very modern open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, with all mod cons and the all important Wi-Fi for today's travellers. Fabulous pool and sun area, with seating and sun loungers. We can't thank Julie enough, who made us feel extremely welcome, with a starter pack, which we were so grateful for, also providing us with an additional sun bed, when requested and keeping an eye on the small details, which really mattered. We would definitely recommend this Villa, for families, small groups of friends as it is also ideally placed within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Pissouri Bay.

“Fantastic holiday” Our family had a fantastic holiday, the villa is spacious and the lovely garden and pool area meant that everyone could have their own space. “Beautiful immaculate villa lovely gardens & great pool with stunning views” The villa is really clean and very nicely furnished. The garden is very attractive and the pool really inviting. The views from the villa and the pool are stunning in the daytime seeing the surrounding valley and fields and trees and it was lovely to see the lights of Peyia during the dark. Unfortunately we had cool weather for a few days and this meant the pool was a bit chilly to use but as the weather warmed up it soon became a lovely pool to swim in. A car is really advisable but we didnt want to drive on this visit to cyprus so we used the recommended taxi firm and they were great. We had to call the maintenance company a couple of times and they were very pleasant and attentive to our queries. There are some good supermarkets and bakeries within about 10 mins drive but nothing in walking distance. Coral bay has had some improvements made and was much more pleasant than last year.

“Magnificent apartment but get a hire car!” The apartment itself is very well presented and was immaculate upon my arrival. Emmanuel (the owner) was extremely helpful in helping me find my way around by calling me from the UK. The people that look after the place in Cyprus are very attentive and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. If you're going to Cyprus as a tourist though, it is pretty far from any of the areas you'd be interested in getting to, that's my only draw back on the place and bus links aren't very good but if you have a hire car you'll be fine.
