“Great villa in a quiet location” We found the villa itself to be excellent - very quiet and conveniently located - a good supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and Coral Bay 15 minutes so is easy to get to. Local buses are good although we hired a car as it made getting around that much easier, especially when going further afield. Beware of hire firm practices though as many charge you (high prices) for a full tank & expect it to be returned empty ! The villa is finished off to a high standard with good quality furnishings ( e.g. very comfortable beds; comfortable sofas etc). It was really hot while we were there so the ceiling fans & air con were a real help as was the pool which was a really good size, very well looked after and the water was lovely and warm! Access to the internet (small extra charge) was also a bonus as it meant the kids could go on their tablets while sitting by the pool! Richard gave us a lot of useful information before we went to Cyprus while Lynne & Allen, who manage the villa were great - very helpful, giving lots of useful local advice and were very accommodating. Coral Bay itself was a nice little place - we tried a number of the restaurants and couldn’t find a bad one amongst them (Coral King; Coral Grove; Andrias etc). The kids spent a lot of time going round the souvenir shops!. We didn’t spend too much time on the beach (why would we when we had a private pool!!) but we did go on one occasion to Corali Beach (quieter than Coral Beach) & with warm water & soft sand it was a great way to spend a few hours. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Coralie - thank you for making it a great holiday for us

“Villa stay” This is the third time we have stayed in a villa owned by Nikos and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I would recommend him to everyone. His hospitality is excellent and his villas are lovely. The location is excellent-walking distance to a beautiful beach with also bars, restaurants and shops all close by too. He goes out of his way by leaving the essentials in the villa on arrival of foods and drinks (tea, coffee, bread, milk etc)-this special touch is really appreciated when arriving late at night! I can’t fault him and his villas-we will be back!

“A wonderful time in a home away from home” Second visit to this beautiful villa this year and it keeps getting better. The new outside furniture is a great addition and we loved using the bbq. The villa is a beautiful standard throughout, we couldn't fault anything. Already looking forward to our next visit. Would recommend to anyone!

“Great stay at Jenny's villa!” We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We stayed for a month on beautiful Cyprus and had an amazing time in the villa. Murray, the caretaker of the villa, is an amazing guy who helped us get familiar with the villa, the island and everything there is to know. Would love to go back again.

“Late winter sunshine” Left snowy England & Europe to visit Sunset Valley in North Cyprus for a little winter sunshine. Was delighted to arrive, late at night, after a long journey at at the property & find lights on & a welcome pack waiting in the kitchen. Really enjoyed my stay & enjoyed seeing Cyprus in winter. The countryside was lush & green & the beaches still beautiful even though the seas were rough. The property was neat, tidy & superbly clean, the garden was also a delight - all a real asset to the owner. Thank you for helping to make my short stay a total delight.

“Absolutely superb!” We wanted a peaceful and sunny destination. This property ticked all our boxes. Tranquil, great weather, stunning villa, very spacious, immaculately presented with fabulous views of the sea and mountains, friendly people. Plenty of places to dine out at reasonable prices. All in all our stay was a memorable experience and we have great memories of wonderful holiday. The pool was a good size and perfect for cooling off on those hot sunny days. We will definitely be returning to the Azure and be booking again for next year. 5 star.

“Lovely apartment with quiet shared swimming pool and close to the beach” We spent most of our time in or around the quiet swimming pool, or at Coral Bay beach (10 mins drive). The apartment is modern, immaculate, well cared for and has a balcony that was great for barbeques. With one bedroom the apartment would be perfect for two - with four of us it was OK, depending on the willingness of children to share a sofa bed. The shared pool doesn't have a shallow end, so ideally children should be able to swim (although our 5 year old was happy floating in an inflatable tyre). The car parking space is small and takes practice to reverse into. Our first real overseas holiday as a family, the kids loved it, are still talking about it and want to go back.

“Great value stay in ideal location” We had a great stay in Latsi, one of the last non-over-touristy locations in Cyprus. The early communication and information guide provided by the owner was great. The apartment was perfect, 3 mins walk from the beach, marina and restaurants.

“So relaxed and chilled!!” Spent two fantastic weeks at the villa. Everything from booking the villa, to getting to the villa from airport all went very smoothly. The accommodation was ideal and very clean for us as a family of 4 (with two teenagers) One of the children has autism, so it was a relief that there was Sky TV to keep her occupied, if the sun was too hot and she needed the shade. We were spoilt for choice when it came to eating out - The Seabreeze (homemade Cheese & Halloumi), The Gorgeous, Tumba were all superb. We travelled to the other side of Kyrenia and had a fantastic meal at the Stone Grill. We even had a couple of Bbq's at the villa, as the supermarkets are local and well stocked. We definitely recommend eating out, apart from going to the Stone Castle. The Stone Castle has been open since June 2013, the service was diabolical - waited over 1hr 30mins for the food to arrive. Then one of the meals was partly raw chicken. If you are a lover of sunrises & sunsets, this is the place to be! The views are amazing from the pool and the balcony. We would recommend this villa to anyone that wants a relaxing, peaceful holiday. We enjoyed so much that we've booked to go back next year. Date of Holiday : 24th July - 7th august 2013.

“excellent” Really Traditional stone house great views and a lovely pool we really enjoyed our 2 weeks and we will be booking it for next years holiday very friendly hoists and a very nice welcome pack highly recommended.
