“awesome views” This is a nice apartment, pretty well equipped although only 3 towels for 3 adults for a week isn't great, but no issue washing them, also no tea towels, but again not a big issue as bought a couple, I also bought some place mats for the table as putting crockery on glass made me nervous, but that's just personal choice. Now the very positives, the view from the lovely balcony is amazing, watching the sunset sitting out there is just so calming. also got a pool view, so can imagine in the summer this will be absolutely beautiful. We were there when it was really cold outside but the apartment was warm and cosy Great location, supermarket steps away and some good restaurants around. DT'S serves great food at reasonable cost, nice atmosphere.

“Fabulously spacious appartment with everything you need in an excellent location.” The appartment is well equipped and in a great location near to Paphos Harbour and a very easy bus journey to Coral Beach and other surrounding areas. We are a family of 5 and found that we had ample space with the large bedrooms, balconies and excellent roof terrace. The bus service is superior to ours in the UK and runs frequently. The price of the bus is ridiculously cheap and massively outweighs the cost of a taxi or hire car. We will definitely be returning to this appartment as it ticks all the boxes.

“Outstanding apartment in wonderful town” Firstly I would like to say what a fantastic apartment this is and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Paphos area of Cyprus. Everything you could possibly want or need on holiday is in this apartment. It is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and is on a beautifully maintained complex with an excellent swimming pool. The local bus service is super and the stop just a few minutes walk from complex. The wonderful harbour area can be reached by bus but also easily on foot which we usually did and as such were able to explore some of the local unesco sites such as the catacombs. We also took a number of tours around the island the most spectacular of which was the Troodos mountains and monastery, which really is worth seeing. Finally but certainly not least I would like to add a word of thanks to Mark and Lisa the owners (especially Lisa) who made the whole booking process so simple, Lisa was so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her and was always available for any queries etc. and responded to all my emails straight away. Once again many thanks to you both and can't wait to stay again.

“Great wee penthouse for our fourball” This was my first visit to Cyprus with my three golf buddies. The Kyrenium Golf Club is excellent, much better than we expected in such a hot climate. We had 10 days in Lyn's Penthouse and played golf every day apart from Sunday when we went to the recommended Lamb in the Well, which was the best lamb we have eaten, but it is a bit of a hike. The transfer driver had our keys and our rental was sitting waiting for us to get straight off to the course without wasting time. The penthouse is really convenient to the harbour with the tourist restaurants but we followed the guide in the penthouse and found some great places to eat away from the touristy areas, our favourite Manipenies is only I/2k away. Shopping for essentials was easy in Mahmouds supermarket just round the corner. We ate out apart from breakfast so didn't get a much chance to use the kitchen. After our cool off in the pool we enjoyed our sundowners on the patio, looking out over the sea and watching the boats. Then out for dins. This is a beautiful, unspoilt part of the world with really friendly people and we will be back again for the golf.

“Can't wait to return to idyllic Thalassa” I had only been to Southern Cyprus before this trip, and while there are some beautiful places to visit, I feel like it's become a bit spoilt and a friend advised that Northen Cyprus would renew my love of the island....and they were right! The people are friendly and genuine, the food is absolutely delicious and there's so much natural beauty, coastline and unspoilt countryside. We stayed in a beautiful apartment in the Thalassa resort - tastefully decorated by the owner, with all mod cons, who could not have been more helpful when we booked it, giving us as much information as he could about where to go, car rentals and any other little questions we had. The resort itself has an amazing pool, but I loved lounging on the jetty that juts out into the sea from Thalassa's own private beach. The surroundings are full of wild flowers and we went on some gorgeous walks along the coast - though I think it would be too hot to do this much later than the end of May. I think it's useful to have a car as there is not anything really within walking distance, though I understand that soon after we were there a little cafe/grocery was opening on site. But in any case, it's worth having a car to explore the island a bit - the wild Karpas with its stunning beaches, a day trip to Kyrenia and Bellapais amongst others. I look forward to seeing more of beautiful places since we hope to return next year. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up some meals with the lovely fresh local produce and there's even a barbecue on the stunning roof top balcony with views across the sea and a hot tub! We also enjoyed a few restaurants that the owner recommended that are between five and twenty minutes from the resort - ALL delicious. Everything tastes better when there's a view of the sea. There are also two 5* hotels which are a five minute drive away, where you can also eat, or we just stopped by for a drink. I'm told you can even use their facilities for a small fee, but we didn't need to as we loved the atmosphere at Thalassa. All in all it was the perfect holiday for us in a really lovely and comfortable apartment and I'm already planning my next adventure there.

“Wonderful holiday” Hi, The apt was in a really nice condition, it is very new and it is really close to the Nissi beach. Also within walking distance you can find restaurants, bars, shops. With car rental in 10 mins you can find even more beaches, shops, fun. And it is far enough from city center to have a calm night. Nice view from balcony. Thanks to Costas everything worked perfectly. I recommend this appartement and place to everybody to have a wonderful holiday in Cyprus!!

“A good quality apartment” We were there for a wedding. We did all the booking etc by email and Costas, from the agents, was great at responding to queries. It sounds good in the advert and we were not disappointed when we got there. For a couple it was really good. There is a bed settee and a second WC if you want to take extra people but I expect it would make it a little tight for space in the living area though the balcony is huge. For 2 it was perfect. We found it quiet - it is in Nissi Beach so 3 KM from the centre of Agia Napa and all the better for that for us. There was a light breeze when we were there which made it very pleasant on the balcony [apart from a freak gust which tore the parasol out and flung it about - Costas brought another one]. We had a car which was very useful even though we did not do much travelling in our week there. There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance but taxis are more useful.

“Mr” Really excellent place! My wife and I enjoyed a much needed break here. This is a really well equipped apartment with an amazing private roof terrace and a shared pool. The beds are really comfy and the place is spotlessly clean. The harbour with excellent restaurants and bars is within walking distance down the avenue and there is also a good bus service which stops almost right outside. Getting to and from the airport was very easy to arrange. A great base to explore the island or just to stay put and relax in comfort. Highly recommended.

“What a balcony!” This apartment is beautifully equipped and immaculately clean. The main feature is the balcony- superb! This makes for such relaxing times and is the reason I will definitely return. The pool is lovely as are the nearby beach and restaurants.
