“Retirement treat” Absolutely loved our all too short week at this fantastic villa, booked as a family treat to celebrate my retirement 12 months ago but had to be pushed back due to covid. Plenty of room for our 4 generations of our family aging in range from 4 months to 80 years - everyone loved every single minute spent there. It's the minute details that make a holiday when your staying in a villa and the owners have thought of everything - I really can't find fault with anything. We did have car hire for the old & young members of the family but a brisk 10 minute walk will take you into Moraira just make sure you've got a hat & bottle of water for the amble back up - the last bit up the road doesn't have many shady areas . Lovely bar/restaurant a 5 min walk around the corner & the biker bar at the bottom of the hill has live music on some days & had a nice vibe. Staff at both these venues were fabulous. Loads of great bars & restaurants down in Moraira & playgrounds dotted around to keep the kids entertained - there really is somewhere for everyone. The only downside was having to hand the keys back at the end of our stay - Amanda is so lucky to have this place and I'd like thank her for allowing guests to share their beautiful holiday home. Any queries I had were answered promptly & my request to move our stay date on 12 months due to covid restrictions dealt with sympathetically. The daughter wants us to go back & she's really hard to please Amanda - Los Arcos - Moraira - you've been amazing and it really is our "happy place" - we'll be back

“Excellent, Great Location and Well Equipped” We had a great extended family holiday at la Barracca. The villa is very well equipped and the nine adults and two young children in our party were very happy with the size, layout and quality. Fabulous pool area with mature palms giving the choice of full sun or dappled shade and the BBQ/bar has the best grill arrangement I’ve seen! Location is great - in an area of quality villas and a 20 minute walk/ €5 taxi ride from downtown Moraira with several local bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended for a large family group or two families.
