“Excellent holiday” Lovely spacious villa exactly as photos show. The large pool was a luxury I floated around all week on a rubber ring! We also made good use of the hot tub and BBQ . Good location,only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants .Karen the owner was very helpful she came to see us on arrival and again next morning to make sure everything was ok and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc.We would maybe not go again at the beginning of Sept as it was VERY hot also we booked a jeep safari - not the best idea! Only one moan, we thought that the bedding and towels should have been changed at least once as we were there for 10 days, we washed the towels ourselves but would still recommend this villa.

“Amazing villa and fantastic host” We stayed at chilbury mortimore for 2 weeks in July as a family (5 adults) The villa was a dream, everything you needed was to hand. Amazing pool and the host Louise was excellent. Louise was on hand for anything that we wanted (although didn’t need anything) she even visited in the middle of the 2 week holiday to change the linen which was unexpected. Having the car was an excellent extra which is not often available. We will certainly be rebooking here at some point in the future.

“Wonderful villa in excellent location with very helpful owner” A group of 16 of us booked this villa to go to a family wedding and it was perfect for us. It is very well equipped in an excellent location with shops restaurants and supermarket all within easy walking distance, so we didn't have to hire a car. There was plenty of space to chill out with the roof terrace and the pool area and the kids loved the pool! George the owner was really helpful if we had any problems and even drove us to the hospital personally late one night when my daughter was suffering from a really sore throat. We enjoyed it so much we have booked up again to go for a week at Christmas, and I'm sure that won't be the last time.

“Best choice for the best vacation” It was the second time as we’ve rest there and the second time in August (from 08/08/2011 till 08/22/2011) the hottest time for Cyprus. Big, comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms appointed by air-conditioners where easily took places 5 people (2 families), and believe me it’s not the limit. The good surprise it’s fantastic view to the best beach in Paphos – Coral Bay. In 5 minutes from villa is Coral Bay main street where settled a lot of suit restaurants and cafes with the best Cyprus’ delicious. If you’ve never been to Cyprus before this place is the best opportunity to visit the most popular places like Aphrodite’s bath, Kikkos monastery or Trodos etc. Hospitable and friendly villa’s owners are always ready to meet you, to accompany or show you the city/country as guide or translator. Everyone will like Ksenia villa: who likes the active or calm rest, who likes the sea (in 100 m.) and who doesn’t (the own swimming pool will be the best alternative and will help you to save you from the hot sun). I really recommend you to visit this place and to feel as in paradise.

I have corrected the note in our auto-reply about the electricity charges being deducted from the damage deposit, as according to new rules this deposit gets blocked and further unblocked on your card by Tripadvisor. the villa was in a perfect spot but was let down by a bad mannered caretaker .The pool and outdoors was excellent but was let down by very uncomfortable beds .The so called bbq was a joke half was mi… More

We consider it needless to comment on the review of Mr.Williams, whose group, instead of compensating light damage done by them, has stolen a plastic chair from the nearest beach bar and left it at the villa for the caretaker. We have managed to charge the cost of 30€ to replace the damage exclusively thanks to the policies and guidelines of HolidayLettings company. We hope to never see this guest again.
