“You could not come up with a better location” We stayed at the moose lodge again this year, and were quickly reminded again why we love it so much. For starters, the location is amazing. We skied keystone, Breck, and vail. All were easy drives. And being a short walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, the beer store, and restaurants is the icing on the cake. But even beyond the location, the condo itself is just perfect. Lots of room. Beautiful flat tv. Fully stocked kitchen. And amazingly accommodating owners who really know how to great their renters right. Highly recommend.

“Home away from home” My husband & I were looking for something a little different as we would be touring the state of Colorado with two young children and knew we would get burned out on hotels. Hd Ranch fit just our needs! We weren't cramped into a small room with 2 beds. We had room and lots of it both inside and out. The bed was very comfortable and the kids slept all night long in the bunks - so they obviously slept great too! We were able to grill and cook which was also a nice change from eating out again. Francie and James are very hospitable and our only complaint would be that we were only there for 2 nights. We used the ranch as a base location and made a short drive over to Mesa Verde. If you are going to be in the Durango area and are looking for a place to stay you really shouldn't pass this place up. There's lots to do in the area - sight seeing, hiking, skiing, cross country skiing/snow shoeing, etc. I know if we ever travel back to this area we will certainly be trying to book a place here again. “A Piece of Paradise” My husband and I stayed in the cabin last month and it was absolutely perfect. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. The views are spectacular and we loved being greeted by the dogs. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing "home away from home". Easy drive into Durango-Can't wait to visit it again.

“The Hammett/Russells Love this Place!!!” We have been staying here for the last 5-6 years in March for the trailing edge of the ski season and each year the Reicheneders have come through. It is so nice to go skiing or Winter hiking and come back to a warm cozy place for a restful evening. Shuttle service is well organized and quite prompt and friendly. “The most wonderful week” We had the most wonderful week staying at your beautiful cabin. There is so much to do around that area, first we went for a hike (there is a hiking trail right off the cabin to Green Mountain Falls. Green Mountain Falls is a delightful little town just a mile away with great stores and restaurants. Later in the evening we went to dinner at a local mom and pop restaurant in Cascade called "Wines of Colorado", great place that really gives you the small town experience with great customer service. The cabin itself is gorgeous and really has all the accommodations you can think of or need. It was always nice to come back to the cabin and just sit on the deck and listen to the Fountain Creek in the evening and enjoy a beautiful mountain view from the deck. Best vacation we have had in a long time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain home with us. My only regret is that we had to leave on Sunday!
