“Gorgeous mountain setting and cool rains. Perfect to rest and r” Aspenwood #201 was perfect for a long get away weekend with my elderly parents. Cozy but lots of room and great views. The afternoon rains gave us time to take naps and get ready for some awesome dinners in Vail. We came to visit our son in Minturn and fish for 3 days, so out of the hustle and traffic of Vail Village, but close enough to drive in to shop and eat. The garage was tight for our Suburban so had to maneuver a few times. Also, being from TX, just assume every place has air conditioning, but this unit does not. We did not need it even with the highs being in the upper 80's.

“Wonderful place perfect location” Location location location!!! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only thing missing was a balcony, which we would have loved to enjoy the cool summer nights. We had our 14 month old with us and the place worked for us.

“Great for a weekend trip!” My wife and I got in late on a Friday night due to flight delays. We did the check-in process online prior to arriving, which made it very nice and easy to walk directly into the unit on an already late and tiring night. We found the location to be pretty good for the great rates they were offering. Everything you need is at your fingertips and within walking distance - Lifts, restaurants, shuttle to Vail village, shopping, ski rentals, etc. We loved our trip and would definitely do it again! “Return to Paradise” We appreciate so much the opportunity to return to the beautiful Robason home in Vail after having to cancel a previously planned to Estes Park. The weather was beautiful even with a small amount of snow dusting the bannister railings. We enjoyed Restaurant Week very much and hiked several trails in the area. Thanks to the Robason family for the wonderful week!

“Nice place, got what we expected” It was refreshing to walk into the location and get exactly what we expected. it was clear, nicely furnished and had enough room for 4 adults and 3 children (that included 3 pack-n-plays). On top of that, it was a great location so we didn't have to drive anywhere all weekend. Would recommend this property.

“Beautiful Place to Stay” This rental was everything we were expecting. There was a lot of room and it was great for children. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and I could have stayed here for weeks! The river out back was calming. We will definitely stay here again. This is a great rental for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved playing hide and seek in this cabin. No complaints here.

“Vail 2012” Very nice property. The condo wasn't facny, but it was very clean, very convenient to Lionshead and the lifts. the condo had been recently updated. The Prudential Properties staff was very helpful and adressed any questions we had.

“Great accommodations and Location!” We very much enjoyed our stay at your condo. I was nervous about the location being close enough - - it was definitely close to everything. It is a short walk into town center, or just hop on the shuttle for a two minute ride to the lift. I really did not want to ride shuttles, but they were so convenient I found myself taking it in the morning (they are nice shuttles, run often, and are not crowded). You can easily ski the whole way back. (Elkhorn lift is right there as well, but the shuttle is quicker to get you to the front of the mountain.) The Condo is very well appointed and stocked full of all the necessities. The living room is very cozy, and the real wood burning fireplace was a treat. The beds are very comfortable. The towels and bathrobes are plush. And the view overlooks the swimming pool, woods, and mountains - very nice! The staff at the Charter was very friendly and helpful. They will valet your skis for you daily, as well as the car. David did a great job of answering any questions and making us feel welcome. It was clear right away that he truly wants his guests to enjoy their time and his condo. Very impressed! We would definitely stay here again!

“The Hammett/Russells Love this Place!!!” We have been staying here for the last 5-6 years in March for the trailing edge of the ski season and each year the Reicheneders have come through. It is so nice to go skiing or Winter hiking and come back to a warm cozy place for a restful evening. Shuttle service is well organized and quite prompt and friendly. Our families have so well enjoyed it that our party grows each year. See ya' on the mountain. The Hammett/Russell Clan
