“Perfect retreat” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the West Cork countryside at Blue School. JeanLuc and Ina are excellent hosts, making us feel very welcome while also respecting our privacy. We loved having the hens roaming outside our front door and especially looked forward to the daily visit from Coco, their sweet dog. A perfect location for exploring the local beaches and the towns of Clonakilty and Roscarberry.

“Large family, small wedding” We had a great week at the house, very clean and tidy on arrival, and a very relaxed welcome by Kela. We arranged a local supermarket to do a home delivery the day we arrived and Kela had put it all away for us by the time we got there, nice helpful touch. We stayed with 3 generations of family, 18 in total so a full house but plenty of room to spread out and even with 6 small kids running around it never felt cramped. We got married during our week away (at a local hotel) and we were so lucky to have beautiful weather the whole time. A great part of Ireland and so quiet and peaceful, highly recommended.
