“Friendly home comforts” We were impressed with the location views, and the very good restaurants just a five minute walk from the villa, and a convenient supermarket. Everything we needed was catered for in the villa. It was like spending time in somebody's home. A treat of a break from my husband’s oncology treatment. Highly recommendable.

“Wonderful Bungalow, Great Location - Good Value for Money” A lovely bright and airy deceptively spacious bungalow. The pool was one of the nicest we have encountered, my son and his friend spent a lot of time there! Made good use of the roof terrace for BBQs and internal courtyard where we ate all our meals when we didn't eat in the many local restaurants,we were spoilt for choice there. The boys (age 19 & 20) visited the local bars and nightlife, they also made use of the 2 bikes provided and rode into Torreveija and along the river into Guardamar. This bungalow really did tick all the boxes and we will definitely be returning.

“Excellent villa equipped with everything you would need” Our main attraction for the area was golf, but we also did a bit of walking down to Quesada town centre and around Rojales with beautiful scenery and views out over the mountains. I would certainly recommend the villa to friends and family, but I think if we went again we would rent somewhere on the flat land as we found the hill quite difficult. The golf and bars and restaurants were excellent and inexpensive.

“Happy Holiday” Just back from a 3 week stay. Excellent accomodation in an ideal central location. House was in excellent condition throughout and had everything required for our 3 week stay. Swimming pool was amazing and just a few steps from back door. Booking and communication with Liz was first class from start to finish. Can't wait to go back.

“Ideal base for exploring Alicante and surrounding areas” We stayed in this property for 2 weeks in August 2015 and travelled with two children aged 10 and 12. This apartments provides a comfortable and well-equipped base for any kind of holiday. We explored Alicante and Murcia on short day-trips and even made it to Mundomar in Benidorm which is within easy reach via the motorway. However, most of the time we enjoyed the fantastic beaches of Guardamar or La Mata or simply used the lovely swimming pool on the complex which was always clean and tidy and never particularly busy. Even if you don't wish to go far, you can stay in Ciudad de Quesada and make use of the fantastic golf course (5 minute walk) or hang out in one of the bars or restaurants just next to the golf course. There's also a small, but very well stocked, supermarket nearby. Although there are local buses from Quesada to other towns, we definitely recommend a car. Mainly because it's more convenient but also because a short walk can be very hard work. Quesada is built on the hillsides and the roads are very, very steep and it's tough going getting to near the top of the hill where this property is located. But it's great exercise and the kids loved it. The owner of this property is British and extremely helpful and prompt to reply so booking this place couldn't be easier. The couple who live in the apartment above are also British and are also very friendly and helpful in case you need anything during your stay. Overall, this is a great place if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday in the sun. Don't book it if you want a lively complex with an exciting night life as then you've come to the wrong place. Top tip: There's not a lot of places with good Wi-Fi on the complex. The best place for this is El Marques (Chinese Restaurant) where you can sit outside on their lovely patio and enjoy the yummiest food ever whilst you catch up with people back home on Skype or check in for your flight back to the UK...
