Great intro to Venice

Our all-too brief stay in Venice ( our first time here too ) was made very comfortable by a warm welcome from the owner, Giovanna, who was there to greet us on our arrival. A lovely, clean apartment in Cannaregio ( the real Venice! ), overlooking the canal, next door to Tintoretto's church, close to the vaparetto stop and a stone's throw from some nice bars and restaurants. A comfortable, warm apartment, very close to the centre of Venice,

This apartment is close to the centre and to the water bus stop. It is very comfortable and well equipped. We arrived in very cold weather and the flat is very warm with plenty of bedding. The garden is lovely as the weather got warmer, we had several lunches out there. The situation is quiet, though very close to a lively square. Fabio was most helpful throughout our stay. Amazing stay

Our stay at apartment was the best. Great location, in the best region of Venice Cannaregio. Away from the tourist crowds but within 10 to 15 minutes walking distant of all the sites. Many charming restos and bars in neighbourhood. Apartment was perfect. Air conditioning was a blessing. View on lagoon. Right next to boat shuttle that takes you to and from airport. Elisa our host was amazing. She was very charming and extremely helpful. She met us at vapereto station. She took time to explain where to buy provisions and had extensive info on restaurants and how to get around, as well as how apartment functioned. Elisa even took us to boat dock when leaving for airport. She even waited at apartment which is on water not far away to make sure we got on board ok.I saw her through window of boat shuttle, I waved and she waved back , knowing all was well. Great value for money, excellent location

We (a family of 4) came to Venice to enjoy the city and BiancaTea was a near perfect property for us. The flat is clean and spacious. Amazing location 5 minutes away from Realto bridge and yet on a quiet back street. Only a few minutes away from multiple small restaurants, direct transfer from airport on Alilaguna and about 15 minutes walk from San Marco. Three supermarkets within 5 min walk and a fresh fish market just across Realto bridge. … see more

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Great views

This is a beautiful apartment and extremely spacious, we spent a wonderful week here. There are amazing views from the roof top terrace. Beds were very comfortable. Great having 3 bathrooms also. Location was great. 5 minute walk from bus stop, easy to visit everywhere on Venice from here. The communication with landlord was amazing ! Couldn’t have faulted him. Only points I wish I could change would be- - 3rd bedroom wasn’t actually a bedroom, this was a section of the lounge cut off with a barrier that pulled across, when coming down from roof top terrace could see straight into the bedroom which when visiting with others isn’t appropriate. This also means the rest of us could use the lounge in the morning until the couple in lounge woke up. More privacy was needed. - apartment is listed to have air con which is an absolute must in Venice due to the heat. This unfortunately wasn’t the case. The air con was only in the lounge on second floor so the bedrooms were unbelievably hot so we didn’t sleep great at all. One couple had to sleep on sofa due to heat. Overall this is an amazing apartment but could do with some things like the above being changed. … see more
