Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Beautiful appartment in the heart of the historical centre of Mo” We had a great 3 day break in Monterosso and loved this clean, comfortable appartment, right in the centre of town. From the living area you can look straight down onto one of the main narrow roads that are typical of Italian villages. It was really hot during our stay so we were grateful for the air conditioning which was really quiet and kept the appartment cool.
The decor was quaint, the whole appartment was compact but big enough for 4/6 people and had been newly decorated. The two seperate bedrooms were a good size, and the sofa bed in the lounge meant that you could sleep another 2 people if you needed to. We didn't really use the kitchen as there were loads of restaurants and an excellent bakery for breakfast right under the house, but it was more than adequate.
We will stay again... and many thanks to Davide, the owner!
“Perfect Getaway” This place is in a perfect spot to enjoy all that Cinque Terre has to offer.
The rooftop patio area has a great view and is a cute little place to enjoy a meal.
The place was clean, comfortable and easy to find. Corniglia was such a great place to stay. Just a short walk to the other villages (35 minutes) and only a 7 minute walk from the train station.
Corniglia is the "quiet" village, but everything so is easily accessible.
I dream of coming back here one day.
