“Best view and accomodations near assateague Island” We have stayed here many times. This is directly across from the lighthouse and has the best view and fishing on the Island. We just love being able to walk right out from the cottage to the dock and jump in a boat. Daily sightings of the ponies and birds make either kayaking or fishing delightful. The cottages are very room with kitchenette area including table for four to eat and sofa bed in addition to private bedroom. We love catching fish and using their commercial grill to make dinner. We come back every year May- Sept for several long weekends and is our favorite place.

“Fabulous home with every amenity!” We had an amazing spring break week at Epiphany. The owners were incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with as we planned our vacation. The home was beautiful, with a great common area for hanging out, a big well equipped kitchen and table big enough for all of us, with leftover room for a puzzle in progress at the end of it. We loved the expansive decks and beautiful sunrise view every day, and also appreciated the rooms, each with its own bathroom, which is a rare find in Chincoteague! Book Epiphany, you won't be disappointed.
