“Great place to stay for a family travelling to Beijing.” We had a great time in Beijing in September 2012! We arrived at 2.00 am which is late by any standards! The lovely owner was there to meet us at the apartment with the key. An hours drive from the airport (roughly 100 RMB), the apartment is clean and very well stocked with linen and kitchen stuff. A walk down to a plethora of eating places means you rarely have to cook - besides the food is amazing. Great to have ones own place - unlike a hotel - especially with kids - even if ours are not so little any more. I would recommend walking into the nearby Peixin Hotel and grabbing a handful of their cards as we found it a better way to communicate our location to cab drivers! 20 minute walk to the metro station making travelling the city easy. Easy walk to the shops to buy your everyday groceries - Google the chinese characters for things that are urgently needed to circumvent any translation problems. We stayed there for a week. The apartment felt friendly and safe. We would definitely go back to it if we ever return to Beijing. Thank you Jason and Mr. Jiangdong for your kindness and hospitality.

“Loved this apartment and loved China” 4 of us (2 Adults and 2 boys ages 10 and 9 at the time) stayed here in July last year for a week. The apartment was very clean, had everything you need, is secure and safe. About a 15 / 20 min walk to the train station that takes you everywhere very quickly. We went to the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and a few other places..everything we did we loved, would love to come back to Beijing. Jason and his dad are great hosts and really helped us out when needed. Great Internet. A+++++

“Good experience” Thank you everyone at East apartments for being so accommodating! We had a great stay in a comfortable, clean and well kept serviced apartment. Before we left for our trip I had heard many a story about the inconveniences and discomfort one can experience in China. This wasn't the case at all. The apartment was in a completely developed area with every amenity we could need (ie: April Gourmet, a ton of restaurants and a huge shopping mall). The apartment itself was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The staff was efficient and informative and was there for any questions we had. The only problem was an unpleasant smell that came from the bathrooms once a day around the same time. Since then we've learned it's due to the specific style of pluming China uses. Overall it was a treat and I would definitely recommend it.
