“Great house with lovely courtyard, great location to explore Venice” During and after booking this location the contact with Josh went very well, he was very prompt in his response and also provided us with useful practical information and some recommendations on restaurants. He has engaged a property management team from Venice that picked us up on an agreed location and brought us to the house, preventing us getting lost in the maze of Venice while dragging around our luggage and supplying us with even more practical tips. A short walk from our waterbus stop, along one of those typical Venetian canals, brought us to the little street in which the house is located. The house is located in a lovely residential area, away from the main tourist crowds but still very Venetian and at walking distance from all main sights (if you want to prevent walking as much as possible, the waterbus stop is within a 5 minutes walking distance). The house itself was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The furniture looked brand new and it is equipped with a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. The house matched the description but still exceeded our expectations when we saw it in person. We loved the courtyard where all the flowers were in full bloom when we were there. We loved having an aperitivo there after a day of exploring Venice before heading to the restaurant of choice for that evening. Within a short walking distance from the house (5 minutes) there is a supermarket that carries all products needed (and a fabulous greengrocer that carries a lot of locally grown delicious fruit & vegetables). Also very close by is the market square Campo Santa Margeritha that has some decent restaurants and bars and where there is a relaxed atmosphere is the evening when a mix of tourists, locals and students gather at the square for dinner and drinks. All in all, we had a fabulous stay in this house and in Venice and recommend it to anyone we know who is planning a trip to Venice and who prefers a house over a hotel.

“Great apartment, great location” The apartment was well equipped and could easily accommodate a family with two teenage children. The location was fantastic and it was an easy voporetto ride from the train station. We thoroughly loved our stay and we plan on returning in the future. We would stay here again!
