I have, based on your comments, now fitted a lock on the bathroom door. Please note there's two dedicated car spaces on my private drive way for cars belonging to chalet guests. I've also tried to take as many pictures as possible from the chalet and its facilities, and explained them at length in the ad to help guests get the most accurate view possible.

Thanks for your feedback Hattie. Obviously never good to hear any negative feedback.
We pay someone to come and completely clean the Barn between each guests so if there were any issues we would have liked to be told at the time so we could remedy.
Unfortunately flies and cobwebs are a symptom of the countryside and Swallows will come into the Barn as soon as the doors are open as it used to be their home.
We will check the beds and replace as required but had not had any other complaints.
