“Comfortable, spacious and well-located.” This place was brilliant! It had all the little extras that makes it feel like a home away from home - tea, sugar, olive oil, iron, washing machine, toiletries!!! The house is beautiful and spacious and it was

“Very cool, unusual appartment!” Stayed here with my bridesmaids and then my husband the night before and night of my wedding, and could not fault it! The photos really don't do it justice, the main living area is a lot bigger than it appears, and the

The Big Bristol House
Perfect house for a weekend with friends

We loved staying in this house and we were wowed by it. I would recommmend 11 people stay here as the futons weren't especially comfortable, but if you are like us and wanted somewhere with space for a big group then this house is perfect. The location of the house for Bristol city centre is perfect. I would recommend this house to anyone else in a heartbeat.see more
"Amazing" 1 Bed River Loft Apartment
Why would you stay in a hotel?

We went to Bristol with a group of friends on a reunion tour having been at University in Bristol way back when and we had a fantastic time, much of which was due to the excellent apartments we rented from Joe and Mike for the 2 nights we were there. Both were fantastic in organising the stay, answering queries and providing helpful details but above anything the apartments speak for themselves. The flats are fantastically decorated, bright, artistic and full of character, not to mention very comfy - we were home away from home. The Paintworks as whole is a very cool development, close enough to Bristol City centre and the train station but also away from the noise of the City centre. I come back to the title of this review, why pay more money to stay in an average hotel which has zero personality when you can come and stay in these apartments, they are far more personable if you are within a group or as a family, and Joe and Mike are always on hand if you need them. We had a fantastic stay, the weather did us provide and the hot tub cinema provided us with the perfect view from the apartment balcony, if you want to stay in Bristol and have a great weekend or longer, booking an apartment through Joe or Mike is where it starts and finishes.see more

Spacious 2 Double Bed Apartment In Bristol
Good location and well finished large space flat

Very comfortable and well located in centre of town. The main living room is large and well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. Main bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean and efficient to use. Having two bathrooms makes it easier to share with others .. Access from car parking was easy to deal with and the ability to park your car adjacent to the flat was very important to us.see more
Honeybottom House.
Perfect house for NYE party and cosy New Year's Day

We had an absolute ball at this house over New Year's Eve. We were a mixed group of old university friends and we wanted a big house with lots of room to have New Year's Eve in together and chill out on New Year's Day. This house did not disappoint! The rooms were great, the beds comfortable and the fancy dress cupboard brilliant! The kitchen is well stocked in terms of cutlery, crockery and cooking implements and the only thing we struggled with was fitting 12 around the table, so we moved the outside table into the kitchen and used that along with outside chairs. The fancy dress cupboard was so amazing and the house had plenty of surprises around every corner. The speakers were really good for a living room boogie and plenty of room to dance. It's not far from town and the surrounding area is really hippy and cool. We lit a fire on New Year's Day and lounged around and the only thing that we missed was a tv to watch a film, but it didn't spoil our stay by any account as there was plenty of room to do a jigsaw and a crossword and play charades. Really enjoyed and would definitely recommend to big groups.see more
