“Just the Right Size!” It is so hard to find a house that is not incredibly over-sized, so I was glad to finally find something that was the right size and the right price! This beach house was recently constructed and all new appliances. Great details and very comfortable. My family, friends and I felt at home while staying there! I have already recommended this house to friends and definitely want to return. It truly felt like a home away from home and absolutely the best beach house I have ever stayed at!

“Most relaxing vacation” The house is architecturally simple, but stunning. Even being so close to the beach we were happy on a few days to just cook a simple dinner in the open-air kitchen, lay on the hammocks and just look at the ocean. Fun to watch the monkeys, birds, and even big bugs frolicking around outside the house, without ever disturbing us. Climate was perfect. Hosts Lori and Bobby were very helpful and friendly. Only thing to note: you need a four-wheel drive vehicle to get up the STEEP unpaved road. Thank you, Lori!

“Charming home, convenient location, along with helpful hosts” First let me say that we could not have found more gracious and helpful hosts than Carlos and Nancy. Nancy met us at the airport and drove us the house in antigua, answering our whole myriad of questions along the way. After showing us around the house, she went with us to lunch at one of her favorite local restaurants near the market. (It became our go to breakfast place). When you are in a foreign country and speak very little of the language, it is so beneficial to have help just a phone call away. As for the house, there was everything we needed in a "typical" colonial style home. Views from the terrace are all everyone has said. The house is only a few blocks from La Merced and the arch so you can use those as landmarks. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood where you will certainly feel safe.

“Great Time In Golfito” Group of 6 people had a wonderful time in Golfito. More than enough room at the house. The food cooked by Johnathan was fresh, authentuc and wonderful. The house, property and amenities were perfect for a group looking to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Would be perfect for a small family reunion, or a couple looking to completely get away. Owner Adam was very knowledgeable on the area and was a great host.

“Best Place Ever!” We spent 5 weeks here, as a family of 10, from January to February of 2022. From check in to check out this house was a dream!! Andrea was so awesome to work with, and she answered all of our questions super quickly and gave feed back fast when needed. The house itself is gorgeous! it has everything you could ever need and the property around the house is even better!! The beach Is almost too good to be true, secluded but yet full of locals and wonderful places to snorkel, and tide pools on tide pools! Views are amazing and there are tons of little touches (guard Carlos with so many AWESOME recommendations, continuous hot water, coffee expresso maker, patio sliders that opened the full length of the ocean wall!, etc) that make this truly an amazing place to stay! What ever you don't find in Ocotal you'll find in Coco (10min), too many great places to list. We hope to go back many more times to what feels like a home away from home!
