“Just the Right Size!” It is so hard to find a house that is not incredibly over-sized, so I was glad to finally find something that was the right size and the right price! This beach house was recently constructed and all new appliances. Great details and very comfortable. My family, friends and I felt at home while staying there! I have already recommended this house to friends and definitely want to return. It truly felt like a home away from home and absolutely the best beach house I have ever stayed at!

“A Bucket List Come True” Casa Tortuga was everything and more. Our group from Texas were blown away and kept thanking me for finding this beautiful villa and sharing this wonderful experience with them. Maria is your shining star. She is an incredible cook. The food and table presentation for every meal was outstanding. Everything was fresh and mouth watering delicious. Her assistants were very sweet and with the three of them, they kept Casa Tortuga in top shape. The grounds were just beautiful. They were well maintained and kept fresh for a new day of fun in the sun. Our group enjoyed all the wonderful tours that were available for us, snorkeling, fishing and the zip lining tours. The whole week was an incredible experience and one that none of us will ever forget. We all want to come back! A big Texas thank you for a trip of a lifetime.

“Amazing, unique place to stay for those that love the outdoors alongside comforts of a modern home” My extended family of 8 stayed at the Bird House in Dec 2014 for six days. Our group consisted of my wife and I, our 2 children (ages 8 & 11), and our 4 parents. The house is a wonderful, unique experience for those looking for something very different from regular hotels. There is plenty of space, the full amenities of home (including very reliable wifi), and amazing decorations that had my wife (a graphic designer) buzzing with ideas. You truly can see the tops of ships on the canal from the deck and there really are birds everywhere. We didn’t catch sight of any monkeys around the property, but there were plenty along pipeline road (5 minute drive away), and there are agoutis and coatis hanging out in the park across the street. Look at the pictures on the site closely to understand how the house is laid out - the exterior walls on the main floors are giant, slatted, sliding panels with screens to keep the bugs out. This means the house feels almost more outdoors than indoors. Our group loved it, and we never felt like our privacy was impinged upon since there is a fair amount of distance to the neighbors, but if you are not an outdoors lover it may feel strange to you to have all the noises from the world around you in your living space. Obviously, there is also no air conditioning, but numerous fans throughout the house keep it quite pleasant. Chimene, the owner, is the perfect “remote host.” She helped us extensively with planning activities prior to our stay in Gamboa and also gave us advice for things to do in other parts of Panama. She had tremendous patience with me as I pinged her with loads of emails. Later in our trip we ended up staying at her treetop “beach platforms” in Rio Mar as well which was a whole other type of cool experience.

My memories of sitting on the balconey enjoying the beautiful panoramic views with stay with me forever. What a great palce to call home for our Costa Rican Adventure. It was very peaceful, secure, and very comfortable. We loved the month we spent at your home. It was very convenient to get to the new highway with just short jaunts to San Jose the airport and to the Pacific beaches. We really enjoyed staying in Atenas area with the most fantastic weather and the safe convenient shops and restaurants. I can't wait to return and I will definitely return to your place. “Everything you expect, and more.” My wife and I had the pleasure of renting Casa Fiesta during the month of February 2015. This was our fifth trip to Costa Rica in as many years, and we weren't disappointed with any part of our trip. First off, Mike and Alexis were great to work with in regards to getting the house rented. All my emails were answered promptly, directions and explanations were concise and accurate, and nothing was left to chance. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems like some people grew tired of the dirt road leading to the home. The road itself is only 3.1 kilometers off the paved road, and I really didn't think it was all that bad. We traveled over it for a month and it normally took 8 minutes from the time we left the house until we hit the blacktop. If you haven't drove on a dirt road in Costa Rica, then you haven't been to Costa Rica. Don't expect interstate driving. That's part of the charm. I've booked other rentals online based on photographs and been somewhat disappointed of the place after I've arrived. Many times, the photos of the rentals were taken in the best possible light at the best possible angle. Technically, they were being truthful but reality was sometimes lost from what was presented. The pictures shown on here of Casa Fiesta do not do the home justice. The home is nothing short of spectacular and we were blessed to see some of the best sunsets on planet earth. The home is accommodating in every sense of the word. It's great for relaxation, grilling dinner with friends, lazing by the pool, or surfing the internet while planning the next days activities. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing and the kitchen comes equipped with anything you would need to prepare full course meals or just brew a good cup of coffee. No review of this home is going to be complete without speaking about the people who keep this place running and looking great, namely Diego and Jennifer. Diego keeps every part of this home functioning properly. He kept the pool in excellent condition, made himself available to answer any question regarding Potrero or the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. Diego is also one of the best tour guides in the area, be it zip lining, fishing, boating, or visiting one of the National Parks. You won't find anyone more knowledgeable of the area or more giving of their time. Jennifer also provides an outstanding service in keeping the inside of the home cleaned and properly stocked of items. I will have to say that one of the best memories of this home and trip is going to be the friendship we made with them. Diego and Jennifer are quality people, and you can trust them completely. Maintaining a home like this requires much effort and dedication. Diego and Jennifer are well suited for this responsibility, and they do it with a smile every day. You won't go wrong renting this place if you're thinking about it. The only surprise I had was that it was better than I anticipated. We would go back in a heartbeat. Scott and Lib

“Amazing vacation!” We had one of our best trips ever! The condo was absolutely beautiful and in close proximity to the tennis/golf club, beach club and Four Seasons restaurants/spa. It was fun using the golf cart provided by the owner to explore the area and see animals, especially the monkeys. The pool at the condo was refreshing after being out all day and has a gorgeous view. Both the owner and concierge were very attentive to our needs and helped us arrange groceries, a chef and tours if we needed them. We can't wait to book again.

“Very modern place with upgraded key essentials” I have stayed in places where the photos and the actual place simply do not match up. This place is beautiful and even better in person. We by chance stayed while the owners were also on vacation and what a pleasant experience. They are passionate about this place down to the detail of the sheet thread count and quality of the towels. There concierge was excellent and the recommendations for everything from food to adventures was right on. The way the small houses are laided out are very private and quaint. The decorations to the kitchen items provided were very impressive. The location is close to everything. I am big on bathrooms and was very satisfied. We will definitely stay here again this summer or for sure next year. The price was very competitive and after looking around at other places in this price range nothing and I mean nothing compared.

“Postcard Views from House with Many Special Spaces” This property greatly enhanced our time in Costa Rica! Clean, spacious, and nestled up on the hill providing the most amazing views of the entire bay. My favorite part about staying in this property is that it has so many unique and special spaces that fit our different moods throughout the trip. The pool was a great place to have breakfast and watch the sunrise, to catch some rays midday, or to hang out with each other or friends at sunset and at night. We discovered many comfortable nooks to read our books and cool down when taking breaks from the sun. The kitchen was accommodating when cooking meals just for the two us and when cooking large dinners with friends. The entire suite upstairs was beyond words - allowing us to move indoors and out seamlessly. It was practically like having our own self-sustaining apartment upstairs away from the rest of the house! We utilized the owners' book of local attractions and preferred service-providers. We are so glad we did. Their recommendations allowed us to easily book transportation right from the house to two amazing day trips - ziplining and a river cruise to see monkeys, crocodiles, birds, iguanas. We also had a massage therapist come right to the house, allowing us the opportunity to enjoy professional massages outside on the balcony as we listened to the surf below. Costa Rica is a magical place in its own right. Staying in this property only amplified the magic. This house made us feel like we had a temporary home in Costa Rica!

“The best vacation yet... can't wait to go back.” Our Costa Rica experience was wonderful. Everyone at the RPM office was very helpful and didn't seem to tire of all our questions. Casa Natalia was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space. The backyard pool provided plenty of family fun. The house, yard and pool were clean and well kept. We truely felt at home. The only thing, which was very slight, that could have been better was not being right on the beach. But... it was a quick, easy walk to the beach. There was a small grocery store a block away with a full grocery store a short drive away. Between the two stores, we had everything we needed. Over all, we can't speak enough about our trip... start to finish. This was the first vacation that everyone was not ready to head home. If all goes well, we plan to go back next year and will use RPM Services.
