“Lovely villa great staff lovely location” From the first phone call to Christine to our taxi to the airport everything was so well organized. Villa was spotless so well equipped for a self catering holiday. Pool area lovely loads of beds. Reception staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved it so much so we have already booked again for next year.

“Very relaxing stay” This is the first we have stayed in V5 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless and well positioned, the patio was sheltered and private, we would certainly recommend this villa.

“Convenient location.” Functional, clean, in a good location. Kitchen area acceptably equipped. Lounge area seating basic and uncomfortable. No cooling or heating available here. Bedroom 2 locked - presumed to reduce cleaning as only 2 persons staying. Bedroom 1 - 2 good single beds, mattresses firm (good point) plenty of hanging space. Dressing table and hairdryer. Safe available. Bathroom step in tub shower with plastic curtain ( hate curtains always seem to stick to you). Towels too thin and quite small. No extractor fan and no window. Only source of heat (several very cold mornings and evenings cool down quickly) the aircondioning unit in bedroom 1 which did not function hot or cold Owner aware. Technician came late Thursday it now works as a fan not sure re hot or cold. Casita Noisy at times due to work on 17d ( 2 properties away) also in the port area with cutting of steel etc. Patio area compact and equipped with 2 of everything. Necessary to move furniture during the day if you want a shady spot. Have concern about steps from urbanisation pathway up to the casita patio. They are steep and When wet a bit slippy. A handrail would be an improvement. Also would see these as a hazardous area for young children to fall down into from casita patio. The wash machine in outside cupboard is efficient. Barbecue (charcoal type) not used, but looks fine. WIFI inoperative for 24 hours or so. Quite slow connection. If you will arrive after dark bring a torch. Overall a nice property which for the rental cost is acceptable.

“Lovely Holiday in an Excellent Location” This was our 17th stay in Casas del Sol, 11 of them in Casas Maria (2c). It is the perfect place for the town and countryside around Playa Blanca; a short stroll to the local shops, bars and restaurants and easy driving distance from the airport and nearby places of interest. 2c itself is well maintained and provides all you need for self catering meals if you want to dine in. It is very private but convenient for the large swimming pool and 10 minutes walk to a host of varied restaurants. Would recommend this bungalow and can't wait for our next holiday here.

“We would be very happy to stay here again” This is a lovely villa on the excellent Casas del Sol complex which although being close to the old harbour with it’s shops, bars and restaurants is peaceful and quiet. The villa and the grounds of the complex are very well maintained and the staff are helpful and efficient. We enjoyed staying in this villa with its comfortable lounge, small kitchen, three bedrooms, good size bathroom and lovely shower room with walk in shower. The maids came a couple of times during the week bringing fresh towels etc. We did use the communal pool but we found it a bit cold (in January) although other people used it everyday and there was a lifeguard on duty. Lanzarote First arranged for us to hire a car in Playa Blanca and return it to Puerto del Carmen a few days later which was completely hassle free. We would be very happy to stay here again.

“Lovely bungalow on perfect site” This was our fifth time on Casas del Sol, and third time with Lanzarote First. Over the years, the site has been beautifully maintained, and being a long established site, there is no feeling of being cramped for space. Arguably the nearest site to the main paseo with a good number of restaurants and shops - so no need for transport in the evening. This bungalow, 17C, has a nice position, slightly up a gentle slope from the car park, which gives the advantage of a view of the sea over the bungalows sitting slightly below.Although site is long established, the properties give no impression of that, and this one , in particular,is first class.Well furnished lounge and bedroom, with decent sized bathroom. Second bedroom is bunks room and kitchen area is small but well equipped - for us, as a couple, everything you would need. Really enjoyed.

“Easter break” I spent a lovely , relaxing week here with my two children ( age 11 & 9 ) . The villa is perfect , spacious and clean . Really good sleeping options : 2 good sized bedrooms with twin beds and another small bedroom with bunkbeds . Nice clean bathroom with a good shower .Lovely and clean on arrival and generally well equipped . Television and DVD player , though we didn't need them , more importantly good Wifi connection . Private outside area with dining table and sun loungers , and room to hang towels etc out to dry . The complex itself is lovely , brilliantly located , a very short pleasant stroll to the promenade . Nice and quiet at night, plenty of families about during the day yet it always seemed quite peaceful . My children loved the pool , and were able to use Lilos . For me , the pool is big enough to swim and it's really clean . Staff at the complex are very friendly and helpful , all speak good English . We really hope to be back next year

“Great Villa” Just returned from a fab holiday in this villa. Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The villa has everything you need for a great holiday. It is furnished to a high standard and very modern. Aircon was brilliant very effective and so reasonably priced. The TV was the best we’ve had on the island, loads of channels and no buffering... perfect for mom who loves her soaps!! I took my elderly mom who is in a wheelchair so the location for us was brilliant literally across the road and down a slight slope into the main town area and the front with loads of bars and restaurants. This is the second visit to a villa from this owner and I can honestly say they’re the best we’ve stayed in. First class. Thank you Christine
