“Fun Time” Been going here for many years never noticed a musty smell or it being dirty as stated in other posts very close to the private beach and a great place to bring the kids the cottage is a bit small as is all the other ones in the area but has a nice deck and to be honest we never spend much time inside the cottage except to sleep and shower.Going back again next summer.Sand Dollar clearly states they do not provide linens or bedding but the cottage has everything else

“Relaxing home in great location with lovely town close by” This rental had lots of nice amenities (great washer and dryer) but no Dishwasher which would be nice as we ate at home a lot. Main detraction for me was the main bedroom had no cross breeze; no smell of ocean, no sound of surf. However it did have a new window air conditioner (that was needed daily) because that was the only window. Very comfortable bed and roomier than many other units we saw online. For just 2 of us, we will stay at a resort and not carry all the house stuff with us. Sand Dollar Realty was excellent in all ways, and we love the town of Sandwich and shops and restaurants available.

“Our perfect fishing headquarters” It was up to me to find "the house" this year, and the guys loved it. Awesome deck, kitchen, location, 5 beds, 3 bedrooms, clean bath. All in all, probably too nice for a bunch like us. Made for a great week !!

“great location/” We had a quiet and restful, vacation that ended all too fast. We love to walk on the beach during low tide when the sand bars are above the water. I like to take photos of the wild life. I take part of my vacation home to enlarge the pictures and hang them or give them to friends. The location is perfect for day trips to other areas. We like to walk on Cap Cod canal. We like to read so the many book stores are great fun to brose. The people around us have become friends and we look forward to seeing them every Year.

“Relaxing vacation” This cottage was very nice. It was clean and nicely decorated, loved that it was recently updated. The only downfall was the small spiral staircase, but I guess that's a space saver. It was steps to the private beach! Wonderful stay.

“173b N.Shore Rd. E.Sandwich” Lovely beach cabin that is well equipped and literally 30 seconds walk to the beach! Views are great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beach is also not crowded even at peak times and is good for beach fires at night. There is a convenience store about a mile up the road that has the basics and supermarket and cinema 10-15 minutes drive away. All in all, a very peaceful and relaxing stay with plenty of good eating houses and activities to entertain all ages.

“Wonderful Stay” We stayed at Dune Tootin Unit #3 and it was great -we had enough room so it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other (being 4 adults & 2 children) The rooms were a perfect size and we were nice and close to the beach! - Atmosphere was fantastic! We would definitely stay there again!! The only thing I would suggest is getting a second ac unit for the living room! It was a little stuffy at night on the living room side? other than that ? “Great Family Vacation” Courteous online service and courteous, helpful in person service, made us feel welcome. Beautifully appointed beach house. The decks afforded scenic, hypnotic views. the trip to Logan airport is unbelievably easy and quick. The location is fantastic (eighty steps to the beach, I counted!).Windows open, bullfrogs, birds, crickets...mmm

“Great location great house small beds” We loved the new house. Cozy and in a great beachside location. Everything was functional and quite nice. A couple of shortcomings were that the french doors didn't have appropriate stops to keep them from bannging into each other. The beds were a disappointment. Too small for two adults. In any hotel at this price there would be at least queen size beds.

“perfect lovely yellow house” perfect little house, ideal for a couple, bright and lovely on a quiet street (a dead end) located between the beach and a marsh. we really loved it! we were near Sandwich town and we founded everything we need: fish market, fresh vegetables from the farm, fine food boutique and good choice of wine. great location, easy to rent via the sand dollar web site and affordable for cap cod.
