I never had moments in peace, silence and nature before at such a beautiful spot. The property my recommendation for outdoor lovers and people who want to live once in a cottage in the woods. A place of tranquility and rest, a place to get a deep breath!
“A cottage with an amazing view and wonderful hosts.” Our vacation to Cliff Waters was a highlight vacation that we will always remember. My husband and I wished we would've stayed longer because 2.5 days was not enough. Niki was a wonderful host who went beyond our expectations. She let us know about a great hiking opportunity just down the road (Pollett's Cove), she personally took us on a wild blueberry picking adventure, and she introduced us to a local gardener where we could buy some vegetables.
We still have the pictures on rotation on our screen saver because they were all such memorable experiences. The Pollett's Cove hiking trail may not be part of the National Park, but the hiking was beautiful and challenging with many rewarding views.
The cottage has a beautiful view of the bay and it's so close to the beach. There's a lovely porch overlooking the ocean and if the weather doesn't permit, you can sit inside and enjoy the same view through the large window. Everything that we needed was available to us, even a lobster pot! We'll have to make some lobster next time. There's so much to do, next time we'll plan a longer stay!
