“Amazing Apartment” This apartment is a rare find and has everything you could possibly hope to find in self catering accommodation. “Just Right !” We have just returned from our 2 weeks stay in this apartment & found it perfect for our needs. Met on arrival by Marina ( sorry our flight was delayed ) to show us the ropes . The apartment has everything you need, brilliant patio furniture including 2 sun beds, loads of towels & a very good shower. We were blessed with good weather so spent most of our time on the balcony. having wifi in the apartment was such a help. We will certainly return. Thanks again.

“Perfect location and spacious accommodation” We have just returned from a fabulous week in Puerto Colon. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed for a party of 6, two adult families. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The TV is huge and has British channels which helped fill the odd rainy moments. The pool is lovely with a choice of heated or cold, sunbeds do get taken quickly though. Nice beaches either side of the apartment, just a short walk away. Lively bars are close by and Veronica's is a mile walk along the sea front if you want that. Loads of lovely bars and restaurants close by and you can buy a pint of decent local lager for a euro, portion sizes of food are usually huge! The photo is of one of the amazing sunsets from the terrace. I would book again in a heartbeat.

“What more could you ask for??” Having rented a few villas in our time, you are always curious whether the pictures will fairly represent what you see on arrival. In this case, they exceeded it. The villa is very spacious for a 2 bed, and it has some lovely features (such as the internal greenhouse), and all mod cons (including a very nice coffee machine). It is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and we were lucky to have both neighbouring houses empty while we were there, although you are not overlooked from any side. We needed our car with the kids, but you could walk to the centre of town from the villa. Overall, it was the perfect villa for a quiet, comfy holiday with a few kids and lots of time to kill. The owners are there if you need them (and very nice too!), but not there if you want your privacy. We'll be back!

“Beautiful apartment with stunning views” I have stopped at several apartments in Los Cristianos but none have had such lovely views over the sea and marina. It’s a little more expensive but worth pushing the boat out that extra mile or two to stay in a nice comfortable apartment, remember you only get what you pay for. Whenever I visit Los Cristianos I will always try to book this apartment. It’s a perfect location for those who have a mobility problem, nice and flat. Not important but a few nice pictures on the walls would add to a touch of class. Finally I think the lovely walk in shower needs a grab handle as the shower tray can become very slippery. “Great Villa Great location” Stayed at this villa for half term week October 2016. Great well equipped villa in a great location on a small lovely complex. Lots of fab restaurants nearby and an Irish bar which showed sky sports. Great communication from owners when booking. - return trip has been booked. The only thing the villa could benefit from is aircon as it can get quite hot at times

“Perfect holiday spot” We really enjoyed staying at Villa Beatrice. The villa was clean and had everything we needed to make for a fun and relaxing stay. The linens were all new and clean. We especially enjoyed the heated private pool! It’s also close to shops and the beautiful beach. Annabelle was easy to work with and quickly answered questions we had while planning the trip. We would definitely come back to visit again.

“Brilliant Family Villa” Visited the villa in October. We were not disappointed. Welcome pack on arrival after late flight was very much appreciated. Only a 15 minute walk into Old Town where there were lovely Tapas restaurants. Taxi back approximately 4 to 5 Euros. Would highly recommend this villa for large family holidays. It has everything you need.

“Absolutely fabulous” I have been to Tenerife many times and thought about trying a different resort from los cristianos and playas las americas and decided to give the up and coming palm mar a chance but was worried that it might be to quite. The apartment we stayed in Was in the ideal location for access to the local restaurants and shops which made things very convenient. The restaurants were all of high quality. The apartment itself was fantastically stylish and very spacious and very clean. I could not fault anything. The view from the balcony is stunning. The swimming pool is on the roof with even better views of the sea and palm mar. A big thank you to Nathan the owner who answered all our questions very quickly before we booked. We had a amazing holiday and will definitely book again.

“Great stay, super location” Just back from a 10 night stay in this apartment and had a great time. OK it's basic and could do with a little updating but it has everything you need and for the price we paid you could not complain, it's in a superb location just a 5 min walk from the action but far enough away to not hear any of the noise coming from it. The complex itself is secure and friendly and the residents make you very welcome, there are 3 restaurants and a couple of other shops in the square right outside the complex with one acting as a pool bar. If you fancy a good night out and are not easily offended try the slap and tickle karaoke bar we had some great nights in there and Skully the owner and compare is a great laugh. We holiday two to three times a year and usually stay all inclusive but decided to try this as another option and I have to say I really enjoyed it and will be back next year.

“location location location” This is our 3rd stay in this great secure gated complex and this house makes it extra special. Situated in a central location, within minutes of the beach shops and restaurants it really is like home from home.There is a small pool close to the accommodation which is great for cooling down.Outside the apartment is a spacious terrace with a couple of sunloungers and table with seating for four. Inside is an open plan lounge/kitchen diner with flat screen tv, comfy settee, table for four and kitchen area with oven, hob and great size fridge freezer, as well as the usual utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and well appointed shower room. Uostairs is a goid size doubke bedroom, another shower room and outside terrace with washing machine. The feel of the place is modern and with air con throughout, you will always have somewhere to escape the heat if the day. All in all a great place in a fab location, highly recommended,

“Superb villa” This was the perfect villa for us and our 3 young grandchildren. Loads of room, excellent pool area and very secure. The owner, Patrick organised everything from brilliant welcome grocery supplies to allowing us a late check out. We want to book for next summer but fully booked already - Just shows how good it is. A little bit out of town but a driving is great on Lanzarote and essential to visit the quaint out of the way places. Orzola is our favourite beach. Perfect for kids and snorkelling. Just a brilliant time had by all. Kids not bored for one minute.

“A Happy Xmas!” Villa has been appointed and maintained to the highest standard, very comfortable, modern and clean. Pool was excellent, a little cool for some but we did enjoy swimming on Christmas Day! Kitchen very good, high-quality appliances and fixtures. The town and seafront is a good long walk and steep in places, but taxis available in town for the return trip, and at reasonably prices. Your fitness will improve, I guarantee it, but would not recommend this property or resort to anyone with mobility issues or young children Would definitely return!

“Perfect relaxing family holiday, in Villa Julia.” My husband and I and 2 daughters aged 15yrs and 19yrs have just returned to the UK from a beautiful 10 day stay in the luxurious Villa Julia. This holiday was very relaxing and made even more stress free by the well kept modern spotlessly clean Villa. The idyllic surrounding views of the sea and mountains where so peaceful and enjoyed in this quiet location. A road passes by the Villa but not busy or problematic, no construction noise or issues in this area either. As a family we felt very safe once we arrived at the Villa and during the whole holiday. The Covid 19 safe guidance in Adeje and Tenerife was policed and made us feel even more safe and supported well by the local people. Restaurant Martini in Siam Mall is a must visit. Many restaurants in other towns where closed due to Covid and lack of tourists. We ate several times here the food always superb, staff very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the owner Walter and support staff, especially Lucas for making us feel welcome and this the most beautiful relaxing much needed family holiday in a long time. We will defiantly be returning to Villa Julia.
