“Excellent Modern Apartment” We booked this apartment via holiday lettings for a week's stay, we were very happy with everything in the apartment, very clean and comfortable. Everything you could really want! The views were amazing from the balcony. And the finish in the apartment was great. The only issue we had was somewhere to place rubbish. There were no Bins in the block of apartments so had to find a bin in the street to recycle our rubbish. And there was a sewer smell from the bathroom sink, which was not a fault of the apartment, but as a whole in the Los Cristianos area this is an issue that seems to be ongoing they were working on it. We would love to stay again and look forward to hopefully booking again in the future. The room has TV channels in every language you could think of and the broadband is super fast fibre 300mbps with amazing upload speeds for uploading videos. The communication from the owner was superb from start to finish. Thank you for an amazing stay.

“A great location for a holiday” Stayed in this well equipped one bedroom apartment last week , fantastic views of the cliffs and busy harbour and only seven minutes walk to the main square. Situated in a very nice quiet street with a relatively small incline for Los Gigantes. The owner Almudena was very helpful and always replied very promptly to our enquiries - I highly recommend this property.

“Relaxing holiday in a great apartment” We stayed in this apartment for a week and everything went very well. It has magnificent views from the terrace. The apartment was very clean and the building is very quiet. It is very close to the main avenue. There is a supermarket 5 minutes from the house and there are also restaurants, shops ... There is a pizzeria called Dinapoli which we went to 3 times because we loved it. The beaches are very beautiful. It is very possible that we will return in the future

“Beautiful apartment with stunning views” I have stopped at several apartments in Los Cristianos but none have had such lovely views over the sea and marina. It’s a little more expensive but worth pushing the boat out that extra mile or two to stay in a nice comfortable apartment, remember you only get what you pay for. Whenever I visit Los Cristianos I will always try to book this apartment. It’s a perfect location for those who have a mobility problem, nice and flat. Not important but a few nice pictures on the walls would add to a touch of class. Finally I think the lovely walk in shower needs a grab handle as the shower tray can become very slippery. “Just Right !” We have just returned from our 2 weeks stay in this apartment & found it perfect for our needs. Met on arrival by Marina ( sorry our flight was delayed ) to show us the ropes . The apartment has everything you need, brilliant patio furniture including 2 sun beds, loads of towels & a very good shower. We were blessed with good weather so spent most of our time on the balcony. having wifi in the apartment was such a help. We will certainly return. Thanks again.

“Great find and reasonably priced” We had a great stay in the apartment, as booking for New Year all the hotel prices were through the roof so we found this studio which was perfect for just the two of us and a great price. Kitchen and bathroom are spotless and very modern, filled with all appliances you need such as iron, safe, towels, glasses etc. Bed was comfy - the only downfall was the balcony door was very difficult to lock again due to the style of lock it was so we couldn’t use it very often as we were worried about not being able to get it closed again. We would definetly stay again, it’s also in a great location the supermarket across the street is amazing and right beside bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the safari centre. It would be nice to be able to bring in your own food/alcohol to the pool considering you are staying in a private apartment.

“Perfect relaxing family holiday, in Villa Julia.” My husband and I and 2 daughters aged 15yrs and 19yrs have just returned to the UK from a beautiful 10 day stay in the luxurious Villa Julia. This holiday was very relaxing and made even more stress free by the well kept modern spotlessly clean Villa. The idyllic surrounding views of the sea and mountains where so peaceful and enjoyed in this quiet location. A road passes by the Villa but not busy or problematic, no construction noise or issues in this area either. As a family we felt very safe once we arrived at the Villa and during the whole holiday. The Covid 19 safe guidance in Adeje and Tenerife was policed and made us feel even more safe and supported well by the local people. Restaurant Martini in Siam Mall is a must visit. Many restaurants in other towns where closed due to Covid and lack of tourists. We ate several times here the food always superb, staff very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the owner Walter and support staff, especially Lucas for making us feel welcome and this the most beautiful relaxing much needed family holiday in a long time. We will defiantly be returning to Villa Julia.
