“Charming Cabin” This lovely cabin was more a tastefully decorated home. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and sat around the beautiful big table and enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The guys fished and caught several 12" fish and the gals shopped and even found time to go to the movies. We had a lovely time. Thanks so much Tammy for offering this delightful home for rent.

“Unique and Fun Family Experience!” Our entire experience was positive - pre, during, and post our stay! The owner is extremely knowledgeable of the Yosemite area. I emailed him multiple questions about Yosemite and he graciously helped guide us to the best areas of the park to make the most of our visit. Upon arrival, the accommodations were perfect - clean and roomy with all the necessary kitchen equipment and supplies needed to make yourself at home. They even welcomed us with a nice note and some chocolate. Our son enjoyed playing outdoors in the evenings while our daughter caught up on reading inside the caboose. My husband and I relaxed on the deck. With a grocery store a short drive away, we were able to grill dinner one night and pack lunches for our day trips. We also enjoyed a couple local restaurants recommended by the owner and were not disappointed! Another bonus was the very comfortable mattress which made for a nice restful sleep after a long day of hiking. Throughout our stay, the owner was accessible and helpful - even lending us a comprehensive map and pair of binoculars to use in Yosemite. Following our visit, the owner took the time to send a thank you email, which was very thoughtful.

“Quiet, comfortable and well equipped - a rare find so close the Sea.” It's hard to believe there are still quiet places in California, right at sea. We totally enjoyed our 3 night stay. We could hear the surf crashing across the street and over the cliff. It's only a five minute walk to the beach, and not through tons of traffic, just a block through a local neighborhood. We could stroll over any time we felt like it, and sit on benches above the cliff to watch the whales just off shore. Case Mare provided everything we needed, even some coffee until we could find our own. And it's very close to stores so we could get anything we wanted. It was very clean and well set up for us. Four of us never felt crowded. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Both rooms have sliding doors to outside. The back patio is completely fenced in flowers and totally quiet - a wonderful sitting place. The front patio is just through a gate from the bedrooms - a great place to sit and enjoy the sun and the sounds of the sea without being bothered by noise and people. The owners are very responsive - immediately replaced the coffee pot that didn't seem to work correctly. They obviously cared that we enjoyed their place. Thank you for that!

“perfect” We had an amazing time and hope to return back one day. It was a great place for our family of 5. Enought private space, seperate showers, great eating area and perfect location in town. We were close in walking distance to resturant and driving distance to a grociery store. The Smiths are great people to work with and very friendly to have as neighbors ;). My son still talks about the house and the deer. Thank you for making great memories for my family!

“incredible family getaway!” We stayed at Snowcreek 60 and WOW! No detail spared here. We have a large family, and all of our kids were enchanted with this place, from toddler to teen. The owner's attention to detail is meticulous and her anticipation of every need or want a family could have was accommodated. Even when our doggies were having some trouble adjusting to the new environment, she was helpful and offered suggestions to alleviate their stress (it worked!). Beautiful interior with thoughtful details like labels on cabinets, baby gates, binoculars, and games. A perfect getaway for the whole family. Highly recommend Snowcreek 60!

“Serene” What a gorgeous area! The house, while being a bit older, has everything you need and then some. Very comfortable! Enjoyed BBQ on the deck with beautiful trees all around. Also loved sitting out on the deck at night and watching the stars. Who knew there was so much to do around there? We enjoyed hiking at the falls, walking around the mill pond, swimming the pond, even saw the Graeagle bear! July is a great time to visit, can't wait to go back in the winter.

“Quite Fun” This house is great for a big group wanting to enjoy time together. Enough space and supplies to manage such a large group. We really enjoyed the pillow pit and the balcony which gives you a wonderful view of foliage. A few people drove to big bear to ski while others went on a hike not far from the house. Every night we had competitions in the garage where there is a fun basket ball game. The only setback/difficult part of the house is due to the fact that they do not have trash service during the week which was not explained clearly. That meant we literally had to take trash with us home. Not so much fun. They were also very particular about clean up that wasn't explicitly stated (putting futons back into their exact spot-we thought cleaners would be responsible to cleaning them before putting them away) But other than that, it was great. Great House and great owners who were very receptive and available if anything went wrong! Thank you for letting us stay!

“Pleasant stay!” We stayed here for 16 days in august 2012. The asian Suite and the Library were perfect for the four of us. We had very good days, really pleasant while we arranged the stay of my daughter at the University. The host Terry is fantastic and her hospitability great. She helped us with wathever we needed. Thanks Terry! The home is very comfortable, very nice furnished and situated in a lovely neighbourhood. It is well comunicated by buses to downtown Berkeley and also there is a short walk to Tilden Park, but it´s better having a car; no problem to park it. House rules include taking your shoes off when entering and using non-sence bath products which was fine with us. We felt welcome to share the kitchen and comun areas with Terry. We were glad having chat with her and watching TV toghether. Hope to go back soon!

“Central Location - Nice Pool - Easy access” We arranged this condo last minute for the Blues-a-palooza festival. It was centrally located, could sleep 5 with everyone in their own bed, but up to 8 if needed with a pull-out-couch and bunk beds. Would use again. Cheers!

“Heaven On Earth” I cannot say enough about this perfect cabin rental. The actual cabin is gorgeous: charming, clean and decorated in perfect rustic harmony with its surroundings. The location is sensational...literally a few hundred feet away from a market, restaurant and some small, adorable shops -- and yet five minutes by car from the crazy hustle and bustle of Lake Arrowhead village and the lake itself. Everything you could possibly want for a romantic weekend is either already available to you at the cabin or easily accessible -- and the jacuzzi on the back porch doesn't hurt, either. I had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family!

“Amazing!!” Great place! The board games had us entertained all night! And the Disney movie selections were amazing for movie night. The house was very spacious. And the owner was quick to reply with any questions regarding our stay. Will want to go back maybe in the spring next time.

“Everything we expected and then some!” The cabin was everything they said it would be. It was within walking distance to the Marina, where we kept our boat. We walked to the village to shop and have lunch. We even walked to a restaurant for dinner one night. We especially enjoyed the mornings sitting in the living room having our coffee,chatting and watching the sun come up. The views from the deck and the living room are wonderful. We definitely plan to stay at 4 Seasons of Fun again!

“Great Tahoe rental!” This was a great place to stay for a few days in South Lake Tahoe - comfy, well-equipped, and in a convenient location! It was a great place for a family, so much more convenient and comfortable than staying in hotel rooms, with the spaciousness of a home and the convenience of having a kitchen and washer & dryer. We would definitely recommend this home!

“Clean, Comfortable and Cozy” The Owner was very communicative and responsible to our needs; as well as having pride of ownership in this clean and well cared for property. The location on a private dead end road was quiet and comfortable. Our grandchildren (7 and 3) loved staying with us a few nights and enjoyed playing in the meadow as well as the herb and vegetable garden despite the cold December weather. Our dogs were happy and comfortable as well. We look forward to coming back.
