“Great place for friends and family!” Extremely well presented property with all the ameneties for a great holiday. - Secure peaceful complex with clean well maintained pool area. - Upstairs sun terrace is a fantastic place for dining and relaxing! Greeted by property managers upon arrival who are very helpful and informative. 5 minutes walk downhill into town and beach area and only 2/3 Euros in taxi back up at night after a meal and a few drinks! Will definitely stay again!

“Excellent property with excellent locale” My family and I have just returned from a 3.5 week stay at number 25 Amuley Mar. We have visited the complex on a number of occasions staying in different accomodation but this property, mainly due to the patio, was excellent. The house was well furnished and had all essential things required for your stay. All in all a lovely holiday :)

“Fabulous villa...ideal for a relaxing family holiday” Amazing villa just outside Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura. Really easy to get to…just 15 minutes from the airport. Sue and Andy made booking the villa such an easy process...we even got an e mail before we arrived advising us to pack our coats as the nights were cold. They could not have been more helpful when we arrived; showing us around the house, leaving a lovely welcome pack for us and telling us about shops, restaurants etc nearby. The villa had everything you would need. The heated pool was a real treat for everyone....a great size and clean and wonderfully maintained. There were comfortable sun loungers and we really enjoyed reading our books and listening to music. There were lots of restaurants in the town and Pieros was a favourite for the teenagers. We hired a car which meant we could get into town quickly. You could walk into town along the seafront and taxis from the town were less than 5€. We had an issue with the WiFi mid week but Andy came round and was able to sort the issue out really quickly. We had a beautiful week in the sun in this very comfortable and homely villa. We are very much looking forward to a return trip!

“Super villa!” We stayed in this gorgeous villa in early April and it truly was a home from home place to stay. The owner,Ann, responded to any questions we had, prior to arrival, very quickly and the property managers were very helpful and swift to deal with any minor things that cropped up. Nothing was too much trouble. Our deposit was returned to us quickly too. On arrival, the welcome pack was so helpful. It contained enough for us to make sandwiches and have a drink and not be burdened by an emergency trip to the supermarket after a long journey. Whilst the weather was beautiful, it was still really helpful to have a heated pool. This was our first villa holiday and our boys adored having such a gorgeous pool all to themselves! It was sparkling clean and a good size for a family. The villa itself was very clean and held everything we needed including the little but vital things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets, and a huge amount of really tasteful plastic crockery. Having a tumble dryer too meant we could wash/dry the lovely fluffy towels throughout the week. We found the wifi very slow but this will undoubtedly be the area rather than the villa itself. It didn't really affect us as we didn't need it for business use on this holiday. The huge catalogue of DVDs were a huge hit with my boys - evening treats! We loved the security of the villa too, safes in each bedroom and a house alarm which we always used but that said we always felt very safe on the island. My husband and I particularly loved the view from this villa. To get up in the morning, breakfast on the pateo in your PJs and look out over the beautiful golf course, was so relaxing without being overlooked from other neighbouring properties. From the upstairs terrace the view was amazing though a bit chilly up there for us in the evenings! But it was early April after all! All in all, it was a priviledge to stay in Ann and Ray's home - we hope to return again one day.

“Top Class Apartment and Owner” Great apartment in a central (but quiet) and attractive complex. We rented the apartment a couple of years ago when it was very comfortable and well-appointed. It has been refurbished recently and has also had other finishing touches. This has taken it to another level and is complemented by the excellent communication throughout from Cameron, the owner.
