“Wonderful, wonderful holiday” This house is not a house, it is a home and everything in the house reflects this. When we arrived the house was spotlessly clean, all towels supplied, beds ready so all we wanted was a shower. A welcome pack on the table as well!. Even my wife did not question the cleanliness, and that is something!. We all enjoyed the scones and clotted cream. We all had a very enjoyable week. These very big and little things well made our stay great. Will definitely try and come back next year.

“Ideal place when visiting Bude” Well equipped chalet, good size for the 2 of us. No real problems. In May its a little damp and cold which reflected the outside weather, but has plenty of electric heaters to warm it up. A bit of a faff having to buy electric cards at the pool reception, so add another £30 for the week for power if you are cooking at the chalet. The owner Ian was very helpful with the minor issues we had, which were sorted very quickly. The facilities at Penstowe were mainly closed due to pandemic but the pool and gym were open although not used by us.

“Just perfect” Just returned from a weekend at Tumbles it was just perfect, we had a wonderful time and a great place to celebrate a 40th & 1st Birthday. We didn't want to leave!! Such a lovely cottage and so safe for the children aged 4,3&1. They had a great time and struggled to get them out the pool. Thank you so much and would love to return maybe for longer next time.
