“Smoky Mountain Paradise” I had an incredible stay at Rose Manor in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of NC. Each morning was more gorgeous than the last and the eco-cabin afforded me an incredible view. Linda made me feel like family and made sure I had every last thing I could need to insure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cabin itself was so neat- it was like a giant tree house that rose up out of the side of a mountain. It was both spacious and yet extremely practical with its use of space. It was filled with interesting books and puzzle games hand picked by Linda who is quite the reader & very fun to talk to. She knows something about everything & a lot about eco-friendly living! I enjoyed exploring the rose gardens & the beginnings of an incredible organic fruit and veggie garden. There is also a rushing stream on the property that you can hear from your bedroom! I also recommend taking walks at sunset down the scenic country roads & be sure to stop and watch the cute chickens and goats. I recommend Rose Manor to anyone looking to get away to the mountains and back to the earth!
“A perfect cabin!” This mountain-top cabin was perfectly furnished and equipped and made for an effortless vacation. It was tempting to just "hang-out" at the cabin instead of taking advantage of the many recreational opportunities. The only negative is a lack of grocery shopping in the immediate area and when we return, I will bring more groceries.
“It was beautiful and relaxing.” My family and I spent our Christmas holiday week in Bryson City, NC. We drove from Miami, Florida and felt right at home when we got to the cabin. When we open the door there was a decorate Christmas tree with the light on. This gave the cabin have the holiday spirit. It made us feel at home. It was clean and well equipt, they even had board games. The views from the cabin were amazing. We are from Florida so we are not use to driving I'm the mountain so that was an experience but after a few days we got the hang i of it. We would love to come again during the summer. The cabin was close the the major expressway, supermarket and downtown Bryson City. The Great Smoky Mountain was only 30 minutes or less away. We had a great time. Dominguez/Martinez Family.
