“Perfect, definitely recommend” The cottage was in a fantasic location for all the lovely restaurants and bars that broadstairs has to offer. Also enjoyed walking the dog on the beach every day which is a couple of minutes walk. The cottage itself us very comfortable and clean, Tony the owner was a great host ensuring that all the essentials were there ie milk tea coffee etc on arrival. Very clean and comfortable bed would definitely recommend this cottage for value for money.

“Great place to stay in Broadstairs” Modern, clean, comfortable spacious appartment with lots and lots of lovely touches and a great welcome hamper on arrival. The pre-paid parking ticket for the car park opposite also covered Margate and Ramsgate.

“Lovely relaxing break” I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It was very central and only a short walk to the station and beach. The apartment was spacious, clean and the owner was very helpful. There were some great restaurants and cafes. I had a lovely relaxing time and will return.

“Perfect location” Small but perfect location, super clean, very nice host, perfect condition, kitchen, bathroom, everything, ideal for a couple or small family with one child up to age 12. Right in the middle of Broadstairs, but still quiet enough for a good sleep on a very good mattress.

“Perfect location for a holiday home” A roomy house perfect for a family. Lots of inhouse entertainment provided with the added bonus of wifi. Bedrooms of a good size, all with plenty of storage space. A perfect location handy for the beach and the town. Space for 2 cars to park which is rare in Broadstairs where parking is limited and expensive. The welcome pack was a nice touch as was the provision of cleaning materials etc as not usually provided in other properties I've stayed in.
