“Beautiful House in a perfect location” We spent Christmas at the Parisien Parfumerie, a group of 13 (3 families) with a mixture of ages. The house was clean and very well equipped, bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The house is in a great location, short walk to Brighton Pier, The Laines & Brighton Pavillion. The property is also minutes away from a few local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Whilst there is no parking at the property we had no problem in stopping outside to unload and found free on street parking a 10 min walk away. The owner has been fantastic in providing good useful information and responded to our enquiry very quickly. We had a wonderful Christmas in this beautiful house and would highly recommend it for family get togethers.

“A magical weekend away!” Classic style with a modern twist, [--] is probably the coolest place we've stayed. Great location, right on the seafront and perfect for us as my wife and I were both doing the marathon. Olivia's customer service is excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had everything we needed for our 6 month old son. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

“The best holiday apartment I've ever been” We spent a week in this amazing flat. As I mentioned above I have never seen spent my holiday in such a well-decorating, spotless apartment. The owners cared about every single details such as washing powder (even for children), wipes, cotton wool, puzzles, a great variety of plates and cutlery, spices. They welcomed us with flowers, good tea, coffee and biscuits. We travelled with a little baby, so they gave us a baby cot, a high chair and even a blender. Apart form that the apartment presents a simple but very pretty style. It's cosy indoor. We would love to come back there some time. P.S. We felt ther as it would have been our home.

“An Amazing Place in an Excellent Location; Highly Recommended” This lovely apartment is in a fantastic location, central for exploring all of Brighton's must-see places. The beach is literally across the road, the pier is a short walk away, the Lanes, North Laines and the Royal Pavilion are again just a short meander away. The marina is not too far, but if you want to hop on a bus or try the Volks electric train, then it just adds to the fun. Despite it's central location, the apartment was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this apartment and the owner was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Brighton. Wendy & Phil, Swansea.

“Excellent apartment, excellent location.” An excellent stay at the Portland place apartment from start to finish. Out of hours key pick up was simple, parking (using pre-purchased vouchers) was easy and the sea front was at the bottom of the street. The town centre is within easy walking distance and there are excellent cafe's/shops/restaurants on St Georges Rd ( the road at the top of Portland Place)...as I said, an excellent location! The apartment itself was really clean/comfortable and very well appointed. The large windows make the place really bright and our kids loved the balcony! I would definitely recommend this place. We will return next Easter!

“Beautiful cottage in the heart of Brighton” Down a 'twitten' (narrow alley) between two lively pubs in 'The Lanes', this is the perfect cottage for a week/end stay in Brighton. We ate at Jamie Oliver's Italian (less than a minute's stroll away), enjoyed jazz (and Sunday lunch) on Sunday afternoon and Tuesday evening at the Seven Stars (two minutes - enjoy Renee), the beer in the Cricketers (next door on the left) is superb, and the Palace Pier, the acquarium and the Pavilion are within five minutes' stroll. I spent much too much money on clothes and jewellery in the nearby-shops, and enjoyed every minute of it! If you like superb interior design, this is the place for you!

“Just perfect for our extended family holiday” Jill and Ben are excellent hosts and they made us feel most welcome in their home. The 'goodies' in the fridge - especially the Cava - were much appreciated after our journey. Broomfield House met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped; the long table was great for family meals, playing board games and colouring in books. It was also a real bonus to have two comfortable lounges, both with TVs. We were lucky with the weather so could make full use of the lovely garden: it was an ideal playing area for our grandchildren and for barbecues. The house is well situated. There is a very good bus service and we used it for hops into Rottingdean, Brighton and Seaford. We enjoyed an excellent curry from the takeaway at the end of the road. Sunday lunch, on the decking overlooking the sea, at the Smuggler's Rest was the perfect end to our holiday. 10/10 at the very least!

“Stanley - a holiday home to relax in” Stanley was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The owner was very helpful and provided all the information we needed, including parking permits! We had our dog with us and Queens park was close and a walk to the beach was easy, though hilly coming back! We liked having an outdooor space for the dog and the neighbours were friendly and helpful. The sunshine was a bonus we had not expected!! The cafes and Deli's around the area were handy on days you did not want to go down to the town but equally kemp town and the coast were in walking distance. We would definately go back thank you.

“location location location” I have just returned from a long weekend in Brighton staying in the fabulous Looking Glass Cottage. What a gorgeous place to stay, and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed before. To call it charming would be an understatement, it is literally like walking into a fairytale and the photographs online don't quite capture the magic. It is quite tiny though, but it adds to the character of the property. In terms of location, it literally could not be better. Bang in the centre of town you are spoilt for choices when it comes to eating, drinking and shopping. One of the best weekends ever and I would recommend highly.
