“Perfect in every way - A dream cottage” What a dream cottage! The perfect getaway to beautiful brecon. We booked two nights in September, Tuesday and Wednesday, to celebreate my boyfriend's 23rd Birthday. We were absolutely delighted with the location and blessed with good weather - but it wouldn't even have mattered if it was raining, as there was so much to do and the steaming hot tub would have kept us warm. The cottage was spotless and fully equipped with more modern appliances than I have in my own home. The log burning fire and hot tub really put the icing on the cake for us - we could even use the hot tub after dark as there were outside lights and coloured lights in the hot tub. We planned to go walking on the Wednesday but decided to stay at the cottage and make the most of chilling out in the hot tub. Thank you so much for such a lovely few days away - we'll 100% be booking again!
“Perfect” We stayed at Sound of the Stream for our 20th wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen better. The location, for us, was perfect, quiet, peaceful and wonderfully relaxing. The property itself is finished to an exceptional standard, with nothing to want for. Helen is a fantastic hostess, nothing is too much trouble and we can't wait to return later this year!
