Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Lovely Secluded Cottage” A warm welcome when we arrived from Claire, who was there when needed and very helpful. Enjoyed the cottage despite the weather, I am sure the garden would be great on a proper summer evening along with the tennis court ! The cottage is warm and cosy, well equipped especially in the kitchen and bathroom. A parking space is located close by. The cottage is within 400 yards of the beach at Putsborough which has great sand, large, and ideal for young children. The walk around the headland to Croyde was lovely, great views and big skies.
Very peaceful location but close to the amenities of Croyde village. It suits beach lovers and walkers alike. Good pubs in Geogeham half a mile away, The Rock, especially.
“Very high standard, has many personal touches” The cottage is a lovely building, renovated to a really really high standard. The owners have thought of everything and have left so many thoughtful touches behind that there is nothing else you could possibly want (eg. a little bottle of milk in the fridge so you can have a cup of tea when you get there).
To be honest, the village (and consequently the road the cottage is on) was busier than I expected but that is what you get in Devon during the summer holidays and it is the same everywhere.
“A beautiful, tradition cottage in the heart of Braunton” Stayed in Phil and Justine's cottage in October 2012. We got very lucky on two fronts, the weather was a unseasonal 23 degrees and the cottage with stayed in was brilliant.
Very clean and tidy, with every need catered for . Your very close to all facilities with a nice pub around the corner.
