Beautiful sunrise on lovely blue flag sandy beach and amazing sunset over the harbour in the evening. Close to ferries to Guernsey, Jersey and France from Poole. Great days out at Corfe Castle, Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge and Bournemouth. Beautifully appointed apartment with ensuite bathroom and all very modern, light and bright. Nice sunny balcony with views. Great parks nearby, Poole Park, Alum Chine, Sandbanks & Compton Acres. Will definitely book again.

“Fantastic Apartment, Lovely Location” This apartment was really fantastic, lovely and luxurious inside with everything you could want from a holiday. We were left a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. On arrival the whole place was spotlessly clean and with great modern decor. Beds were very comfortable, TV s in all three bedrooms , which my children loved ! Great location as well. Would definetely recommend a stay here and we will be booking again.

“A stunning apartment in a beautiful location” We were lucky enough to see in the New year at this modern, comfortable apartment. Having never been to Bournemouth or Boscombe before, we were utterly amazed at the stunning location. Even in December we spent our days on the gorgeous beach flying kites or taking the train along the coast. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice- it's much bigger in real life. From the breath-taking victorian entrance hall to the unique, stylish apartment to the beautiful coastline- I would highly recommend a stay and we will be back soon.

“Great Apartment, Good location” Booked apartment to visit family in bournemouth. owners flexible with length of stay so that was great. Its a modern very clean apartment & it was ideal for our needs. Its about a 10-15 min walk into the middle of bournemouth. “Apartment was perfect, modern, light and well equipped.” The apartment was spacious, well furnished and clean, just perfect for our needs. It was exceptionally well equipped with lots of DVD’s, games for the children and even beach equipment. Property was well located as only a short distance from Boscombe pier and beach. Also was very close to the high street which had supermarkets and shops. Booking was easy and all communication was prompt. Hope to stay again.

“Great accommodation.” Had a mini break in Bournemouth with my elderly mother, daughter and granddaughter. The accommodation was perfect for us, spacious and all one level with parking right outside. Everything you could need supplied at no extra cost. Enjoyed the little garden, it was clean quiet and a good location. Safe for my granddaughter and would be perfect for any age children. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely book again.

“Great Holiday” Stayed with my 2 children for a week. Had a lovely welcome from Pam who was most helpful. The apartment was very clean, lots of space and had everything we needed including a lovely big garden. They are in a good location with nearby shops/restaurants and takeaways. The beach and town centre are within walking distance. There is lots for the children to do and a week wasn't long enough! Would definitely go back and recommend to my family and friends.

“WONDERFUL LOCATION” Perfect location easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beach and other attractions! Apartment fitted to high specification, well equipped for self catering. “Lovely stay” My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of the month for a little get away. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay. “Baby's first trip to the seaside!” We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The owners communication from the offset was great. Everything you could need was at the apartment plus lots and lots of cute little extras! (Buckets and spades, games, books, throws to name a few). It was like a home from home! It was really clean and decorated well. The roof terrace had gorgeous views! Location great- only a five minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and it made our first trip with a four month old really enjoyable and convienent. Would definitely stay here again :-).

“Fantastic - home from home - great for groups” We stayed here with a group of friends over the bank holiday - the booking process was very simple and Susan was really helpful and provided great information. House is lovely - spacious, plenty of beds and modern furnishings. We had an issue with the hot water which we couldnt work out how to turn on - Susans daughter came immediately round to assit which was appreciated Would fully recommend this property and we are hoping to return soon

“Great New Year stay at this wonderful apartment!” This apartment has it all - it is ideally located in a fabulous Victorian building a mere five minutes walk from the seafront and Boscombe Pier. The flat has an excellent kitchen equipped with all the utensils one could need. The lounge area is comfortable and spacious, and the TV comes equipped with cable and a large selection of DVDs for days when the weather doesn't co-operate. The flat was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The surrounding area has a large selection of cafes and restaurants, and there are shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend, and will stay again!
