Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
David & I really enjoyed our stay at "Bear Tracks"! We were due some much needed get away time and the cabin was exactly what we needed! Not only was it beautiful, but warm & inviting and had everything we needed... and very private and secluded. Sometimes we felt like we were the only ones on the mountain!
Thank you for all the tidbits of info for things to do, we hiked to waterfalls, shopped, explored then came back to the cabin & hot tub to relax!
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality and making our visit a very memorable time.
“Private but close to everything with great rustic charm!” Lizard's Look Out was great! I was looking for somewhere to get out of the city of atlanta for a few nights and I stayed there for a 3-day weekend. The first thing I loved about this cabin was it's location. It is really conveniently located minutes from down town Blue Ridge and from 515. Restaurants and local dives were just a stone's throw away from the cabin. From the kitchen, to the hot tub, the TV, Blue Ray player, and the surround sound in the living room area, the whole cabin has a rustic charm but is updated to offer complete modern functionality. One of my wife's favorite things was the gas logs in the den. It reminded her of ours at the house and our dogs loved them too! The bathrooms were great as well. Updated as well that are roomy and you really feel like you are in the mountains. Lizard's is also privately located among other cabins so you feel as if you are the only one on the mountain. Our friends that came over loved it. It also has room downstairs for other kids and others as we only used the upstairs when we were here. Nothing beats relaxing in the hot tub with some music, looking out over the great view as the sun is going down. We plan to come back soon!
“Annual Tradition for a Relaxing Moms' Weekend away” First, it's as lovely as the pictures make it seem. Every year since 2010, a group of my girlfriends and I have chosen a winter weekend to visit Masterpeace as our annual moms' getaway. We bring nothing more than pajamas, food, good books and movies. We sleep in. We eat. We rest and chat. We repeat. There is plenty to see and do in the area; we just choose not to do any of it. We love Masterpeace for the quiet, the views and the amenities. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining table is large enough for us all to gather around without feeling cramped. The porches, gazebo and rocking chairs provide a great place for sipping morning coffee or afternoon tea while doing nothing more than looking at the mountains. The lower-level room has a pool table and very comfortable couches for watching a movie. The main living space has a beautiful fireplace right next to the TV, so you don't have to sacrifice watching one for the other. It's immaculate and kept in beautiful condition. The owners are helpful and very responsive to answer any questions. They are easy to work with and always willing to help in any way they can. For four days every year, we gather for a weekend of nothingness, and every year, we leave looking forward to the next. I couldn't recommend this place more.
