Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Perfect place fro those who want to get close to Seychelles” We are a family of four (boys in age of 5 and 7), who want to get to close to local communities when travelling abroad. Gerry's place is a perfect gateway for exploring Seychelles main island Mahe.
The property is perfect for family of 4, leaving enough space for kids and adults. It is clean and well furnished/equipped. Above our expectations was daily cleaning by Gerry's sister - like in 5 start hotel!
What we were satisfied the most were the Gerry's and Chainat's friendliness and helpfulness. They really appreciate your stay and help you to take the best out of it.
Few examples we can bring out:
- on Friday evening we came to idea to visit Mouyenne island (very interesting place to visit with large turtles). On Saturday morning Gerry helped to arrange a boat transfer to the island.
- the other day we bought a fresh yellow tuna from the beach. Chainat helped us to organize an ad hoc grilling night.
Not to mention the first grilling evening, full-day boat charter led by Gerry's son or helping to arrange a car.
In short - perfect place in Mahe (main island of Seychelles) if you want to actively explore the island!
“Unforgettable, pleasant Stay” We made an gorgeous trip to the Seychelles in February 2013. We stayed for 10 days in Doris & Mick's apartment. We were 3 friends trying to relax and to get to know an incredible country. Doris and Mick ensured us a pleasant stay by assisting us with their helpfulness and amazing hospitality.
The apartment quiet and safe and is cleaned every day. We didn't have to think about security. We immediately felt at home when we arrived at the location. The size of the apartment is absolutely sufficient for 3 or 4 persons. The kitchen and the bathroom are better than European standard and are complete equipped.
The apartment has a great, breath-taking view over Beau Vallon Bay on one side and on the National Park on the other side. And the restaurants and beach are in comfortable walking distance.
We didn't rent a car, so Doris and Mick drove us few times, for example when we bought groceries and so we didn't have to carry the stuff to the apartment. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.
One day we will return to the Seychelles and then we would like to stay again in Doris & Mick's apartment. We can highly recommend the apartment for Your stay on the Seychelles.
