“Paradise in the Caribbean” This was our third visit to Vida Mejor, and proved to be just as wonderful as our previous stays. The Owner, Carlton is a lovely guy (I am sure he won't mind me saying that), who is as helpful, informative friendly as it gets. The Villa itself is beautifully furnished with 2 double bedrooms, both en-suite, and with air-con in both. Wide sweeping lounge leads into outside patio area and pool. Wow!!!! A pleasant 7 minute walk will get you to the stunning sea and your first rum punch!Look out for the green monkeys on your way there, they are fantastic! A car can be hired fairly cheaply if you want to get out and about and explore the island as we always do! Lots of top restaurants, Lonestar, the Cliff, Daphnes, Tides, Sandy lane are just a short cab ride away. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk away, but we always either used the car or got a cheap cab fare back with the food. Carlton will even stock the fridge for you prior to arrival if you give him your orders! More beers please! All in all, a fabulous place to stay, highly recommended, and we look forward to our 4th trip back there in the not too distant future! Cheers Carlton!!!!!

“Perfect Location for a Perfect Vacation” I visit Barbados multiple times a year, this by far has been my favorite trip. First off Donna and Andrew are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were comfortable. The apartment is immaculate and it has everything you would need to be comfortable. As described its a few minutes from St. Lawrence Gap and it is walking distance from one of the best beaches on the island. Look no further for the perfect vacation rental.

“Great place, great location, excellent value” Spent two weeks at lovely Mangoes with family. The villa is spacious, well appointed with a lovely garden and barbecue area that we made good use of. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens excellent. Very clean thanks to the lovely Lucille! Free good wifi connection. Location is a1, within a minute of the supermarket, 2 mins beach, 3 mins Surfside bar and Holetown shops etc. Membership of the Beach Club (2 mins walk), included which has good pool, loungers, bar and beach access. Highly recommended.

“So close to the beach” Ebb Tide is one of those rare places where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner seating 15 feet from a turquoise sea. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is impeccable. Bring your snorkeling gear.

“Perfect place to stay” We (three persons) stayed at the Yellow Bird apartment in January for two weeks. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in your vacation. It was beautiful to watch the ocean in the morning while eating on the porch. You are olny few steps away from the next beach and a great bar. It is recommendable to rent a car. Stefano and Elisabetta are very friendly and they always helped us if we had some questions and needs. We can really recommend this apartment and we will surely come back there some time.

“Coffee on the ocean view veranda at Blue Ocean Villa :)” That's how every morning began, an ocean view home away from home, we really loved it there. The cottage is tastefully furnished -wood and art everywhere with French doors that open to the veranda. The bedroom upstairs were simply decorated with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and brew coffee. We grilled fresh fish on the gas grill, dining on the veranda The ocean breeze kept us cool, no need for the optional aC. Around the corner from the cottage is Surfer's Bay, our favorite place for a drink at sunset. We didn't rent a car, the bus stop is a short walk and we enjoyed taking the bus. The big decisions were which beach ( Rockley was our favorite).Stefano and Elisabetta are gracious and unobtrusive. The people of Barbados are wonderful - they made the holiday unforgettable. Blue Ocean Villa was a find and I would return in a heartbeat.

“Ideal Base to tour the Island” Communication was impressive from the start. Property is set up a short distance from a lovely quiet beach. Would suggest a car to get around to the shops and restaurants etc. Gated Private parking and entrance. Met by representative Collis, very personable and who gave us an informative tour of the property and was on hand if we needed him. The apartment could comfortably cope with six people although there were only four of us on this visit. Everything you need is provided, local info, great kitchen and bathrooms, beach towels etc. Sea views from the balcony seating. This modern well equipped apartment is an ideal base to tour the Island. We hope to return again.

“A Wonderful Holiday” We spent 6 weeks at the Blue Ocean Cottage for our holiday. Stefano and Elizabetta had provided great service, and were helpful in every way possible. We spent our holiday in the White Cocunut Studio and found it to be very comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The beach outside the Cottage was magnificent. A car is a must, as there are so many lovely beaches to explore. Barbados is a wonderful island paradise a must to see. There are many restaurants, and so many sights to go visit. We look forwards to coming back in the near future as we had an amazing time. Thank u Stefano and Eli for all your help. Andy and Natalie.
