“Villa anis has it all ...” We are frequent travelers to Bali and have stayed at a variety of Villas in Seminyak over the past 12years and found Villa anis ticks all the boxes for us. The property is well cared for by long term staff and friendly Villa owner, Anna. Everything works !! Extremely comfortable rooms, beautiful large pool and lovely garden. Located in quite lane just off jalan Drupadi makes it easy to walk or grab taxi or have your own scooter to get around without a hassle. We will definately be back.

“A little tropical paradise” The garden at Rumah Sawah Kita is stunning, with lush tropical trees and plants, a fish pound and water feature, and a swimming-pool. The guest annexe has a large, comfortable four-poster bed and other bedroom furniture. It's also well-stocked with interesting books. Outside is a large terrace with a table, plenty of comfortable seating and outdoor lighting. Breakfast was perfect for me - muesli, toast, coffee and a large selection of fresh fruit, all prepared by Wayan, the maid, who visits every morning. The locals are very friendly. It's not far to walk into Ubud, but it's possible to get a very nice, inexpensive meal at a local restaurant only 50 yards down the path leading to the house. The owners, Geoffrey and Michael, are the perfect hosts, offering all the advice and help that anyone could want to make the most of their stay in Bali. Geoffrey kindly arranged for his Balinese friend to get me a ticket for a local gamelan and dance performance, a treat nobody should miss. Nights are quiet - the only sounds coming from the odd gecko; they are also cool - although the bedroom is air-conditioned, I needed to use the air-con only once in my two-week stay.

“A lovely place for honeymoon and a stand up paddle adventure” We spent our honeymoon for a week at Villa Beten Bukit and were so pleased we chose this location. The mountain views from Beten Bukit which we woke up to each morning are stunning. The grounds are so spacious and immaculate. It was a lovely start to our day gazing at the views and relishing in the delicious breakfast the villa provides. The location of Beten Bukit feels so private and remote while being so very convenient to the attractions in Pemuteran. Our favorite activity was taking our JourneySurf stand up paddle boards all around the coral reefs and the bio garden, we even took them quite easily to Menjangan Island which was the highlight of our honeymoon - there was swimming deer! So cool! The fishing in Pemuteran is sadly overfished and I would recommend sticking to Suping and snorkeling. We did catch a small fish which the staff at Beten Bukit prepared for us one morning for a tasty breakfast. Pemuteran is said to be a "fishing village", we didn't get this vibe, although, like I said, we had a blast with the other activities Pemuteran offers. The villa staff can provide suggestions for activities and there is some helpful information the villa provides in its guest book. We left Beten Bukit, refreshed and revived. A perfect beginning for our marriage.

“Stunning villa with excellent staff and beautiful environment” We spent a week in may at villa Aparna and we really fell in love with this place in Bali. Situated far away from busy place, we could feel the deep traditional spirit of Bali. The villa is fantastic, facing the Bali sea, and you will see fisherman boats all day long in front of high mountains of Java. The very friendly staff was taking care of us, preparing local food in front of a very nice and huge swimming pool . This is far better than staying in a hotel. That was a very charming stay and we definitely recommend the place for some holidays in Bali.

“Magical venue for a magical day” After reviewing hundreds of properties, we finally decided on Jagaditha for our wedding in May 2013. It was without fail the best decision we made. Everything was perfect about the place. From the staff, layout, pool, toilets, rooms,music system,TV room, everything. We had 12 people staying in the 6 villas and conducted our wedding dinner for a total of 35 people at the front patio. And for such an important event like a wedding, you can imagine the kind of expectations we had and everything and everyone associated with the villa delivered 100% service and quality, above and beyond expectations. The location is kind of far, but I guess it is intended because with such an amazing place, you don't want/need to go anywhere else during your stay in bali! The staff were super friendly and helpful and very very accommodating and hard-working. We love the place so much that we have committed to go back every year for our anniversary with a bunch of close friends and family. Cannot wait to be back again!

“Good size three bedrooms villa with plunge pool.” Overall happy with our stay. This villa is only 8 months old. Beautiful massive villa, easily fit 6 adults. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Remember to bring your own toiletry, they were not provided. The villa feels a bit cold, concrete walls and not enough paintings to make it feel warmth. Wooden wardrobe is not functioning well, hard to open and close. There is pool table and DVD to keep everyone happy. There is no phone in the There are one adult pool and one kids pool, not fence off. Adult pool is good size and clean. Beautiful garden surrounding villa, no rice paddies view from our villa. Limited choice of breakfast, omelette or banana pancake but delicious, fresh juice and fruit every morning. Good service, always smiling, speak fluent english. Location is a bit far, good 15min walk from main street. A lot of construction along this narrow street. Very dark street at night. Further toward main street there are spas and restaurants. Might be hard with little kids or elderly as huge stairs getting in and out of this three bedroom villa, not sure if other villas have stairs.

“central, dolphins, beach and food” A great stay we had in Lovina. After making day trips we returned to this lovely villa and took a dip in the beautiful swimming-pool. In the evening to go out to one of the restaurants is just a short walk away. Convenience, clean, friendly staff. Recommended: Eat or ask for Sushi take away from Seuy Japanese Restaurant, delicious! Yeni cooks also for us in the Villa. Good Indonesian food. Breakfast comes from the fresh bread delivery at Budha bakery.

“Comfort and relaxation in busy seminyak” We arrived after busy flight with my granddaughter to be met at airport and taken to our villa. Met by anna the owner and her staff and shown around. We were all blown away as it was better than we expected. Balinese style accommodation with big rooms and fantastic bathrooms, the second one having one inside and one outside shower, so nice. The main bedroom was huge with an outside patio overlooking lush gardens and pool. Anna had organised the pool fence as requested so we did not have to worry about our 19 month old granddaughter. We organised our brekky to be cooked for us each morning which was delightful with plenty of fresh juice, fruit eggs or really anything we would like. Winnie, Anna's right hand person was very accommodating and would look after our every need organising cars for day trips etc. we had cooks come in one night and had a great Balinese traditional dinner in the comfort of the villa. We loved relaxing in or around the pool most of the time as we had all come there to recharge our batteries. The garden was maintained beautifully with staff coming in everyday. There were great treatment places outside the front door offering a 10% discount for guests which I must say we used nearly everyday. The villa was located in easy access to good eating, beach and shopping. All in all we could not recommend the villa highly enough it was everything we hoped for and more
