“A beautiful, wonderful place” My family and I stayed in the Ceiba Tree Lodge for 4 nights, and loved every minute. The staff was exceptional, the location was perfect (beautiful view of the Rio Cangrejal and the nearby waterfall, and only a 10 minute walk to great hiking trails), the food was delicious, the pool was beautiful and clean, and the host and his family (Richard, Ana, and Mildred) were gracious, kind and very sincerely wonderful people. Lucy was the most gentle, laid-back mastiff I have ever met - we all loved her. We are so glad we travelled out of La Ceiba to stay in this area, because the beauty of Pico Bonito National Park was worth the extra distance. Thanks to everyone at the eco resort!
