“Superb Property, and perfect for all ages” We visited this property in April in a large, mixed ages, family group.this Villa is fantastic, and perfect for all, regardless of age and interests. We are retired and often visit in the Spring, the weather is lovely and perfect for swimming in the beautiful heated pool, cycling, walking and visiting the many interesting villages,.Also for wine tasting expeditions!We have stayed in this Villa, and also La Grange several times over the years as we love this area and the Villas are so superbly equipped that it is not necessary to look elsewhere! There are plenty of indoors and outdoors spaces for large family groups to find a quiet corner to chill, read, etc.The pool and pool terraces are outstanding. Lots of restaurants to try, worthy of mention, Madame Moutiers,Tour des Vents, Ma Maison,Chateau de Vigiers, and, definitely for families, The Pizzeria in Eymet Square. Markets somewhere every day!Eymet on Thursdays excellent. All in all, an excellent place for a holiday.

“Lovely home & good location for day trips” We stayed in Mid September, so a lot of the summer activities in the town and lake has closed. The house was lovely with a fabulous garden and swimming pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. For evening's in, there is the option to watch UK TV. Kim is an attentive host, but not intrusive. We found the house a good base to travel to the various vineyards and towns, such as Bergerac and St Emillion. We would recommend this property to families, groups of friends or couples.

“A lovely gite and a lovely location” This was a lovely family friendly trip to a gite which was full of character and with all amenities for a young family. Everything that was need was supplied. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of things to see and do. The pool and the playground area kept the children well occupied.
