Beautiful 2 Bed Apartment with Enviable Position on Communal Pool
Just wonderful ... can’t wait to go back!

Having just returned from 2 weeks at this beautiful apartment ... I am missing it already! I have been visiting nearby Pissouri for around 35 years now and have introduced my closest friends to this wonderful part of the world. Having previously stayed in Aphrodite Hills, we were looking for a chilled, relaxing environment to just unwind for a couple of weeks, enjoy the sun and feel free to do as we pleased whether cooking at ‘home’ or popping out. This apartment ticked all the boxes and the owner was absolutely brilliant, although it was booked in my friends name and she made all the communication, I was really impressed. We truly didn’t need to want for anything. The layout of the apartment is great for two friends or couples staying together as the bedrooms are on either side of the large and airy living area and kitchen. The main double bedroom has en suite main bathroom and the secondary twin bedroom opens onto part of a huge balcony and has a bathroom just outside the door (So handy for two girls getting ready to go out for an evening!). All amenities you could need for a pleasant stay including washing machine, hair dryer, iron & board etc. Sunbathing is possible on the balcony all day due to this apartment being in a great position. The view over the pool and surrounding complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Gorgeous pool to cool down in and additional sun beds around this and the children’s pools. Surrounding area of Aphrodite Hills is stunning with all amenities a short walk away. Close proximity to Paphos Airport, Aphrodite’s Rock and Pissouri Village. Personally, we choose to hire a car so we can get out to visit our friends and the occasional shopping spree at the mall in Paphos. Everything was perfect for us and cannot fault it at all. Oceanus Theseus Village
A lovely apartment in a great location on Aphrodite Hills resort

Just returned from my first visit to Aphrodite hills. Theseus Village is situated perfectly to the resort facilities, far enough away from the comings and goings of the village square but close enough to walk to. The golf clubhouse is also in close proximity too. The apartment itself is very modern and feels spacious and stylish. It has a lovely view overlooking the pool area from the balcony....perfect for breakfasts and aperetifs/evening meals! There is also a BBQ and a second balcony, ideal for sunbathing or a quiet siesta! I would suggest you definitely need a car to get out and about. It is approx 1hr 20mins frm Larnaca airport and 15mins from Paphos airport. There is some lovely coastline and little villages to go and explore nearby and of course Paphos. The restaurants/supermarket on site are more expensive than outside of the resort which is to be expected. Be prepared to bring or buy all the essentials for self catering eg washing up liquid,toilet rolls, salt&pepper,foil for cooking etc as the apartment has absolutely no basic items. All in all a wonderful apartment to relax and enjoy your holiday. Aphrodite Hills, 2 bedroom villa
Wonderful holiday in lovely house

We spent 2 weeks at the house in August. It was our second time to Aphrodite Hills, our first in Adonis Village in this house. We are a family of 4 with an 11 and an 8 year old. The house itself was great - very clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. A nice, private well-furnished outdoor terrace with an excellent gas barbecue and an upstairs balcony with a view to the sea. Efficient air-con - by far the quietest we have experienced. Large drinking water dispenser with water provided - great not to have to lug water home from the shops! Plenty of beach and pool toys, floats etc for the kids. Beach towels and a decent hairdryer ad straighteners also provided - a bonus when travelling with the budget airlines and space is tight. Lots of little touches like that made the difference and Warren and his family could not have been more helpful. Adonis Village itself is peaceful and there was no problem with space around the village pool. While we were there it was mainly frequented by other young families so good for the children to have others to play with. The only negative to the pool is that it is all the same depth and was above my head although I think that only bothered me - the children had no problem with it! Adonis Village is just a couple of minutes walk from the main village square so very handy if you need something from the shop or fancy an ice-cream! Aphrodite Hills is a great spot for families. There are a few good restaurants on-site if you don't want to drive but it's only a short drive (with spectacular scenery) to Pissouri with numerous others offering the local cuisine and good value for money. Best beach we found is Kourian (about 25 mins away but worth it). We availed of the golf, spa and kids club on the resort - all went down very well and are reasonably priced. Beautiful presented apartment. Amazing location- 5min walk to main village, stone's throw away from 2 pools. 3 balconies! Which was a plus. All rooms clean with all required facilities. Would reccomend to anyone coming to consider car hire as the onsite shop is ridiculously priced! Where as supermarkets 10mins down the road much cheaper. Great service with the aproditite rentals team meeting us at enterance, even though we were delayed! Would definitely travel to again :) … see more

Simply perfect

We have just returned from an amazing week in Villa Pera, the location is perfect, with only a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport. We were welcomed at the security gate as soon as we arrived by John, who took us to this fantastic Villa and showed us around and explained how everything worked. Situated in beautifully lit, large private gardens to the front and rear with a family friendly pool for all ages. Large driveway which accommodated both our cars easily with room for more. The villa itself is extremely spacious, with full Sky TV, WiFi, large kitchen with 2 fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, full oven and hob, a utility room with washing machine and more. We had children ranging from 2 to 14 years and this villa accommodated us all easily. The friendly staff arranged everything from a welcome pack to extra z-bed and travel cot. There are an excellent choice of restaurants, supermarket, bakery, Costa coffee, Ben & Jerry’s and more. Or stock up the vast kitchen and you can easily stay with in this fabulous villa for total relaxation without needing to go anywhere. It has everything you need and more. The outside kitchen, including pizza oven and bbq were the centre stage for our sons Hawaiian Birthday. While there, the pool man and gardeners arrived early in the morning on various days, they were friendly, efficient, fast and virtually invisible so as not to disturb your holiday, but giving you peace of mind of how well the villa is looked after to a very high standard. In the evenings there is more than enough comfy seating on the terrace for everyone, with 2 large ceiling fans to keep you cool while enjoying the beautifully lit gardens and pool area. The entire villa benefits from air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom to ensure you can sleep soundly. There are also 2 large balconies adjacent to the master bedroom, which has a large en-suite and a enormous super super king size bed. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are spacious with a good sized bathroom with anti steam mirrors. We were provided with good quality hand, bath and sun bed towels. We can not recommend this villa enough, it is ‘simply perfect’, the only problem we have now, is that we don’t want to ever stay at a hotel again! We are already looking at flights to book for next year, but book early, as quite rightly, this villa gets booked up very quickly. Tip: take a few dishwasher tablets and washing tablets with you as the local supermarket can be pricy for these things. You are provided with 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 tea towels, a sponge, cloth and a small bottle of washing up liquid. The welcome pack is excellent and worth that little extra, especially with late arrivals, and small children. We had coffee, tea, sugar, orange juice, jam, butter, bread and milk in ours. The coffee and tea lasted 4 adults 5 days, so well worth it. We also took some Nespresso capsules, to enjoy our espresso’s, but 4 are provided for you. From the moment we booked this villa, we had a friendly contact called Tracey, who emailed us immediately with all the details we would need.
