“Nice” Ruben was very nice and welcomed us on arrival and let us into the secure underground parking. Nice comfy and spacious apartment with a great view of the marina. The early mornings were spent enjoying breakfast on the balcony in the sun when it was out as the weather was either sunny or rainy in March. Recommend a light coat or brolly for this time of year just in case. Nice walk up and round the hill into the main part of Albufeira with plenty of friendly bars and dining experiences for everyone to enjoy. For your shopping a car or taxi are your best options. Head to the main supermarkets for your weeks shop, Ruben will direct you if you ask, or use the free WIFI to Google them. It’s more choice and better prices. Tried the pool and managed one lap, as it’s not heated you can guess the temperature at this time of year. In warmer months it would be nice indeed. Very nice destination and would go again.

“An amazing apartment with marina view” We have just returned from the Albufeira Marina apartments and have not been disappointed! This apartment was everything and more than you would expect. Furnished to such a high standard and wow what a view of the marina! The apartments have use of a shared pool which we found most of our stay was fairly quiet and beds to use free of charge. The apartment has a safe but to be honest we left our IPad and mobile phones etc out most of the time and felt completely safe and secure. The air conditioning was excellent for those hot evenings. There are few restaurants around the marina, bars and a cafe, along with a Barclays Bank with cash point. You can walk into the old town & nearest beach approx 15 minutes walk. Nuno was extremely helpful when booking this accommodation as we requested a 10 rental which he happily arranged for and was invaluable for any other queries we had prior to our arrival. We had an early flight into Faro and Nuno met us early to check us in before the normal 2pm check in. We would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday based in a quieter area in Albufeira but in touching point to where it's all happening! The Marina itself is tranquil but has lots of boat trips to offer travellers. Thank you Nuno for all your help and as we said on our departure..............we will be back!

“A holiday we will remember very fondly” This apartment delivered everything it promised during our stay last October. We have stayed in various types of accommodation and a well chosen private let is something to treasure, that is why I have no trouble recommending this apartment. The Orada resort is beautiful, spacious with loads of space for relaxation and landscaped areas, the staff were all very friendly. The apartment is ground floor yet private, very spacious and with really everything you could ask for. I really do miss having coffee and breakfast on the terrace with local English speaking radio in the background while my children played outside. There are various restaurants in the area and also along the 20 minute walk to the quaint Old Town of Albufeira which was very family friendly. The Nosolo Italia pizza / pasta/ ice cream restaurant on the Marina was a favourite of our children while Paragrafo 6 was our favourite for some value cocktails before settling down for the night. There was a large wall mounted TV and a player which was full of films for both us and our children, this was particularly useful keeping them amused when we were trying to get ready to go out. Ample food freezer storage and other facilities led to a very low stress holiday which was just what we needed, we thank the owners and if we return to Portugal we will look you up first. Friends often ask me what the difference is between private lets and other cheaper options and I always answer there is no comparison. If you are just looking somewhere to throw your bags and sleep then go for the cheapest option but if you are looking for a holiday home for a quality family holiday and the flexibility to go as you please then a private let is the only answer. I would still recommend doing your research but the owners of this apartment were more than helpful with the booking process helping us with information and answering our questions. The personal touches in and around the apartment made it obvious they take great pride in their little piece of the Algarve.
