Unfortunately the first I heard from this guest was AFTER their booked departure date and hence they gave me no opportunity to resolve any of their problems or complaints.
Even so I offered to provide a refund in relation to relocation expenses. When they provided a receipt for a nearby cottage that had been booked months in advance I became very suspicious and declined to offer any refund retrospectively when I hadn't been notified at the time they choose to leave.
They even threatened a bad review if I didn't provide a refund and obviously this is now what they have written! So please read all our other 5 star reviews and make your own judgement.
