“Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and thoughtfully-designed.” We had a wonderful week's holiday. Although we had been to Sandend several times, this was the first time we had stayed at (Inchard or) Sandend Cottage. Our daughter-in law's first comments were "Oh, I want to live here!" It was evident that a great deal of thought had gone into planning the visitor's experience, from the welcome pack to the utilities, from the furnishings to the decor. Once we were accustomed to the layout of the cottage and its facilities we soon relaxed and had a very happy time; the good weather was a further bonus! We know the Sandend area well so the extensive range of literature and maps held few surprises but would be of great value to the first-time visitor. We intend to be back in Sandend in the near future so this cottage will most likely be our holiday home again.
