This very popular 3 + 3 bedroom air-conditioned detached villa as been for years only available with a well known villa agency.

Situated in one of the best areas of Areas Sao Joao down a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic and only 100 meters from the infamous strip.

The whole villa is arranged on one level and is suitable for disabled clients.

A lovely three bedroom cottage style villa with additional 3 bedroom annex villa with access between the two villas and both are surrounded by large gardens, children's swing and good sized private pool.

Villa Tigonema is a 3 bedroom detached villa which as been renovated for the summer season with a new fully equipped kitchen with everything built in.

It as large private gardens and good sized pool area with children's swings.

The villa consist of a lounge with air-conditioning and LCD television with English speaking TV programmes, separate dining area , new fully fitted large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All three bedrooms have twin single beds.

There is also 2 bed settees in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 children .

There is also a BBQ area at the back of the property.

The property is fully enclosed with high walls and as a full alarm system.

The annex villa as a further three bedrooms, 2 twin and one double with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and additional sofa-beds available for larger groups and both villas are connected by a interior gate,

The annex villa with 3 bedrooms is included in the 9 - 16 people prices for larger families for the 2019 season , it can be rented separately for smaller groups.

Early booking is recommended and Wi-Fi is available for 35 Euros per week.

Maximum of 14 adults and 2/3 small children.

There is a 350 Gbp damage deposit plus credit card when families and 100 per person when groups over 25 years old and 175 person when under 25 years old,

Good afternoon, We are happy to hear you had an enjoyable time, Ants are a problem in all properties in the summer when clients leave food or sweet items on the balconies or floors, as the ants are atracted to it, as this happens, we do usually have ant spray in the properties, Being an older property and having 16 guests in a 6-bedroom property, i can see that plus sockets in the bedrooms could be a problem, it has never been mentioned before, but there are other sockets in the lounges and kitchens, i will also see if we can add extra usb sockets in the bedrooms, broken sunbeds or tables are replaced immediately, but obviously if they are fine and usable and are only sun stained we replace them when required, Best regards, Dale

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
