From the owner

Beach Villa Caicara is located just behind La Piste beach. This lovely beach house is a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can see the sand dunes from the garden. Capbreton town and port are a 5 minutes walk away. This is a great location and a popular choice for families, surfers and golfers. This stunning property sits in the centre of a 1500m plot. During the summer the high vaulted ceilings of the lounge/dining area provide a cool area to retreat to from the heat of the day.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dish-washer, large fridge, range cooker, microwave and washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen leads out to the deck seating area and garden.There are two bedrooms downstairs, a twin . Plus a master bedroom which leads out to the deck and garden. The master bedroom, has an ensuite with a large shower and toilet. The master bedroom has doors leading to the deck area with views over the pool, garden and sand dunes. Upstairs there is another large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and toilet. The garden has a decked verandah and there is a built in BBQ for those who enjoy cooking alfresco. There is also a hot and cold outside shower.

TERMS: Rates are per week and based on 6 people staying. Bookings are usually from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. A deposit of 25% is payable within 3 days of booking to confirm and the balance eight weeks before arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of £300 is required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let, but if this is not possible the management reserves the right to retain the deposit and to recover the balance due. Insurance cover can be obtained for any loss of this sort. If the accommodation reserved is suddenly not available due to storm, fire or other unforeseen circumstances, the owner cannot accept liability or responsibility but the deposit and any other rental money already paid will be refunded.CLEANING: You are responsible for keeping and leaving the property in clean and tidy condition. It is expected the house is left as good as found. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge of 100 Euros. Please inform us upon booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jemma (the owner) a message.

If Jemma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
