Welcome to Sunset Valley. Awarded "Best Luxury Development in North Cyprus" in 2008.

The is a luxury villa situated in a quiet peaceful location at the foot of the Besparmak mountains to which it has direct access, and stunning sea views from its terraces. The villa benefits from its own large swimming pool surrounded by terraces and gardens. It is ideal for small children as all terraces are fully enclosed by railings.

Everything has been provided to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay including Amazon FireStick with Amazon Prime, Sonos music system, WiFi, CD and DVD player (over 100 movies) and full air conditioning for the hot summer months.

There is plenty to enjoy - an International golf course, Turtle Beach and Nature Bay are all 10mins by car. The ancient port town of Kyrenia is 30mins where you can amble through the winding cobbled streets, sit and enjoy a meal, glass of wine overlooking the picturesque harbour and sample a unique way of life, that Northern Cyprus has to offer.

The property is self-catering and is cleaned on your arrival and there is a complimentary welcome pack. A mid stay clean and change of towels and linen are available on request for a small fee and are complimentary for stays of 3 weeks or more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You’ll need to contact Gordon (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gordon (the owner) a message.

If Gordon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
